I ordered a small in this coat but a medium was delivered. It was an open box order but the description said every open box order is inspected and this obviously was not and now I can’t return it. The size runs very big. I love ororo products but I am very unsatisfied with this purchase since I can’t exchange itt. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I know there was a possibility of the wrong size being delivered.
