I love my Classic grill pan. It is a few ounces lighter than my older ScanPan Pro, and has a more compact handle. It sears beautifuly, with distinct grill marks. It also is very easy to clean.
I also have the Scanpan griddle which is great for making pancakes.
I seldom write reviews, but these are great products !!
