I needed to replace a diaphragm in an old Toro control, but couldn't find it locally. A Google search lead me to Sprinkler Supply Store. I found the part I needed right away. When I ordered the part, I found that orders have a minimum of $30. It would be great if this was changed. I went ahead and ordered 3 of the same part, since I have more of these old valves that I know will eventually fail. Still, I wish the $30 minimum wasn't there. It took 11 days from when I ordered to when it was shipped, including a followup email to get an update. I know some of this had to do with Covid-19, so want you to know I need to cut you a lot of slack over what is uncontrollable. However, receiving more automated updates would be a great improvement. The parts I received are exactly what I needed and the one I've installed so far is working flawlessly. So, overall I'd give you guys a 9 out of 10, which in my book, is pretty darn good! Thanks!
