Die Pfanne ist ein reines Vergnügen. Super Wärmeverteilung und -weitergabe, es klebt nichts an, wird aber knusprig. Der kürzere Griff: einfach schlau. Formschön ist sie auch noch. Und im Gegensatz zu den französischen Modellen ist sie auch wirklich plan. Da habe ich mir gleich noch die größere dazu bestellt.
Der Wender ist übrigens auch perfekt im Zusammenspiel mit der Pfanne.
