There was a mix up in my order but Shannon corrected the issue. I love the mini sample sizes for deciding which flavours I enjoy the most. My husband is diabetic but he can eat raw, unpasturized honey (do not cook it, this destroys the enzymes) so adding the honey at the end of cooking gives the recipes the sweetness needed but still not messing with his sugar levels. This means less is used on his portion. Since this honey is Canadian made I'm all over it. I bought the mini sample set for my daughter and she loves it too.
