By far, these are the best tasting gels I've ever used. I'm training for a half ironman and also have type 1 diabetes so preventing or treating low blood sugar is always on my mind. These gels are a real treat in either scenario. I've seriously told everyone I train with or know about them but I can't bear to part with any of them so others an try them out - they are that tasty! I'll be a forever customer (and even more in love if the tab opening was made a wee bit smaller).
