On a day when everything electronic that could go wrong, went wrong with my order, (glitches in the matrix type stuff and cross border gifting) Aaron and Shannon stayed at it until we had my orders straightened out and on to their respective destinations! They worked on my order all day until it was straight! Oh my goodness! I would have given up, but they were persistent and professional and knowledgeable enough to figure it all out!
