I bought the gels for my daughter for quick energy during her bike rides and training sessions. Though she wasn't a fan of the taste of honey she has enjoyed the flavours, especially lemonade. Her one suggestion is that the packaging could be smaller. She found that the size of the packaging made it hard to get the gel out using one hand while on the go. We will be ordering more before her supply runs out.
