After struggling with contemporary gells for the last year while training for a triathlon I found that these Sun River honey gells we're the perfect solution..I found the variety pack had great flavors and I found them easier to eat then the others ..I also found less issues digesting them which is also a bonus ! Very happy to support a local family business who makes a great product and looking forward to being fuelled by honey for my next adventure
