My husband loves the energy gel, he's a type 2 diabetic and does not have stomach issues as he does with other energy gels. Me, I love the Lemon + Ginger Creamed Honey, a teaspoon in a cup of hot water keeps my sugar/chocolate cravings away and is very soothing.
