I purchased the starter kit and have been enjoying the different flavors on my weekly runs, so far the gels have given me consistent energy without feeling heavy on my stomach. I like the different flavours as well, the only thing a bit different from other gels is the consistency, it’s thicker and hard to squeeze at times, specifically when it gets colder outside. Maria K
