I bought a mixed pack of energy gels. I’ve tried the cinnamon bun, matcha and keylime. I had no gastrointestinal troubles after using them. The cinnnamon bun and matcha flavours were tasty, the keylime a bit too tangy for me to finish all at once. It was easier to get the gel out of the pack if I had it warmed against my body rather than in a separate bag.
