We use to live in Arizona and would take a vacation every year to New Mexico in September to get our Hatch green chilies for the year. We now live in Missouri and brought our roaster with us and order our chili from Hatch and roast our selves.
So happy we can still get our Hatch chili, no other chili matches up. If someone claims to have Hatch chili I taste, (and you can taste it when it is Hatch) to confirm before buying.
