My 10 pound box of chilis arrived at 5:00 PM and by 11:00 PM they were roasted, peeled, seeded and placed in zip lock bags and in the freezer. Roasting for me is easy. I have a propane charcoal lighter, hand-held small burner. This is done out side on my three-burner stove with a sheet of expanded metal on it. Only the hand-held torch was used. My UPS driver came to the door with this box and a big grin telling me he had to enjoy the aroma of this box of green chilis all day in his truck.
