I placed my order for a 25lb box of medium heat Hatch Chilie, like magic, my order was processed, my tracking information quickly followed.
My UPS driver was smiling as he carried my box to the door, "this smells great", he said as he handed my box over to me.
My first box is roasted and ready for processing, just ordered a second box HOT which I splitting with my nephew who also ordered his own box of medium Hatch Chile when he saw my post on FB.
