Ordered these dumbbells as a weight addition to my set for a home garage gym. Dumbbells showed up exactly as described. Knurling provides good grip without being overly aggressive. Dumbbells definitely seem like they are made to last. The only word or advice is to make sure you throughly clean them before use. They come shipped with a coating of oil that will mark up your mats and make them slippery until cleaned up.
