Cradleswise is a bundle of many little things in one package for new parents. It is a "Simply Wise" idea. As first time parents, we survived the first three months raising our child without having full-time help, all thanks to this amazing product! Auto bounce, monitoring and sound machine in one! The auto bounce takes amazing care of putting my baby back to sleep whenever he is startled in sleep. Monitoring feature is a savior as it lets us work and run errands while we keep an eye on the baby. A huge plus is that multiple people can watch the video feed at the same time and it gives access to our parents to see the little one as they couldn’t travel during the pandemic. The sound machine with different sounds/noises is great to soothe a fussy baby. The simplicity of all functionality via a single app is the best part of the experience! Cradlewise is one of the best products we used for our baby so far. Automatic bouncing helps our baby sleep peacefully for a little while longer during every nap. The best feature we appreciate is the video monitoring, especially as it can be accessed by multiple people with different permissions. The video streaming quality during darkness is so clear and very good at detecting the child’s movements. Although we didn’t use the sound machine very much for our baby, it definitely is huge plus with various sounds in it. Along with an aesthetic appearance of the crib, the Cradlewise app is thoughtfully designed to control all features of the product. The app’s simple user experience makes us fall in love with Cradlewise every time we use it. When we went looking for various bassine/mini cribs in the market, most of them look crappy, some of them has that great aesthetic appeal but, lack smart features. We also looked at the famous 'Snoo', but it was not designed with tall babies in mind. Both me and my wife are tall, and we assumed that baby will be tall, and we have a tall baby, so the extra space this provides is a definite must have. What makes this great product awesome, is the customer service from the makers, Radhika and Bharath. They proactively let us know of new features, and updates. Provide support within an hour for any query. As one of the early users of product, we have seen a few glitches in the first month, and all were resolved within a day. The support is incredible, and product is just perfect. We are using it for 7 months now, and can't be more happy. Thanks to Team Cradlewise!
