Post my purchase, as expected, I was thrilled to have a smooth onboarding process. I am a person who usually goofs up with tech setups however simple they are. The craddlewise team was patient and helped me with all my questions/asks. As for the product, it actually took me a couple of months to truly appreciate the value of this very special crib. All it needed was for me and my little one to get used to the magic of bounce. This is one of the best buys I ever made and would recommend other moms to give it a try.
