The warranty doesn't cover any issues if you're stationed outside the US. Ours broke within six months. One night, a loud mechanical whirring sound woke us up, and now the bounce feature is useless. Additionally, the Bluetooth and white noise features don't work well. The only aspect I appreciate is the camera, but it's too expensive for just a monitoring feature. At around $2,000, we're now stuck with an overpriced crib that no longer soothes or bounces as intended.
