“My car's battery failure was sudden and total - - and it happened when I needed the car most. Looked on google for battery repair, saw the 1-800 Battery ad and decided to give it a try. The spokesperson told me what the replacement would cost, and when it would be installed (2 - 3 hours). Two and a half hours later the repair person pulled into my driveway, and in 10 minutes I was back on the road. EXCELLENT service. I've told all my friends to use the service if they ever find themselves in the same circumstances.”

“Very upsetting service. I called very early in the morning for a battery replacement and the technician didn’t show up until 5pm. Then I started having trouble with my car, and when I called to complain, I was told that my car needed to be taken to the dealer to program the software and program the battery to my car. I should have been told this earlier so I could make an informed decision about where to replace my car battery. They just took my money and did not inform me about this possible scenario. Horrible service!”
