“This site made it simple and easy to: 1. Find the exact battery I needed for my car; 2. Assign a business that serviced my car at my location; and 3. Was able to track the mechanic (who was practically on-time) that came and installed my new battery before leaving for work. A+++.”

“Appointment was at 4.00 pm. Tech showed up at 7.45pm She was very proper and did a great job. My issue was that I called at 4.30 for an ETA and was told 5.30pm Called again at 6.00 and was told 7.30pm She actually showed up as I was calling to cancel. Nobody called to say they were running late. I would assume that a courtesy call is not too much to ask. Never again will I use 1-800batteries.”

“I love the concept of this service. While it all worked out in the end, the wait time of 10 hours late was not good. My advice would be to communicate to the customer who pays in advance for a service. It was a little expensive but the convenience was worth it. Would like to have a warranty in hand instead of calling when/if an issue comes up.”

“I had a scheduled appt at 9am on 1/8 and the person didn’t arrive til 1130. Customer service was not very helpful. It wasn’t the guys fault who came out, he did a nice job. But to have me wait over 2 hours for an appt was ridiculous”

“Easy website to use. Bought a battery and scheduled an installation to take place 2 hours after the purchase. They arrived about an hour early and were quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend 1-800 Battery.com.”

“The tech, Tim, that installed my battery was amazing. He was professional, efficient and nice. The order and the communications of 1-800-Battery was horrendous. The appointment was scheduled for 9am. Not one email or text confirming appointment. At 1020am, I called. It took 19 minutes to talk to someone. The call then took another 15 minutes on hold. The rep said he would call the tech and call me back. No call back. At 130pm, no call or contact. I called back, again heavy wait times and the rep I spoke to ensured me that there was a tech, he was held up but he was coming. He said he would be there in 1/2 hour, if it was going to be longer rep said he would call. No call back. No communication. At 3pm still nothing. I was on hold waiting for a rep to cancel and viola, I had a text from Tim that he was on the way! As aforementioned, Tim was great. But oh my, the communication and customer service of the company is horrible. Turns out Tim is the only 1-800 tech in Columbus Ohio. So, buyer beware if you consider using this service.”

“I was really stuck in a jam. Weather was nothing great and had to be at work in less than an hour! Wlimer S. came out and took care of everything in the time it took me to get a cup of coffee!!! Excellent service right when I needed it. I would recommend wholeheartedly.”

“I can’t believe how awesome this was. Great price, great technician, and was done within 3 hours of placing the order. I was so skeptical that this would work and would have appreciated more status updates on people being assigned and in route but overall - super impressed!”
