The installation was delayed until the next day and I had to miss a day of work. The guy that came almost messed up my car but thankfully I supervised and helped him replace my battery. I might as well have just done it myself. My car still didn’t turn on after the battery replacement.

I would have given him a 5 star review, but as I drove today, my truck’s electrical system shorted out and the truck stalled right in traffic. I could not restart it. It turns out he failed to tighten one of the terminal wires causing the problem. Needless to say, I was not happy!

I cannot thank Benito Gabriel enough for helping me recover my investment worth about $85,000 from a scam broker. I was devastated after realizing I had been scammed and thought I would never see my money again. Benito professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were truly remarkable Contact this agent via 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥..𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥𝟒𝟒𝟗@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐀𝐩𝐩 —- +𝟏 (𝟓𝟎𝟓) 𝟒𝟎𝟐-𝟎𝟕𝟏𝟒

The only positive thing i can say is that the correct battery was delivered. I would've been much, much better off installing the battery myself. I did end up helping and spending one an hour with installer.

I bought a new battery beginning of Sept. It is having issues. I called yesterday afternoon and they didn't have anyone to come check it out. This morning I was told I was first on the list and when I called back they said they are looking for a technician - a different story. I am not pleased with the customer serive and timeliness of their responses.

Ryan found me, did a nice job of giving me a jump charge. My account reflects a $457.00 plus charge. This would have been for a new battery to which I did not need, did not purchase nor was it installed on my prius. Please reverse these charges, ty Kathy 1) My account was charged $120.00 the correct amount for his service as he told me when here.

I ordered a battery August 7th 2024 and by Nov 11th it was completely dead. Now I had to pay 99 dollars for the technician to come to tell me the battery was dead which I already knew. I’m not sure if they are using refurbished batteries. Beware.

I wasn’t pleased with the service. The battery was ok but the person who changed it left loose pieces, didn’t put all the screws back, and besides that he stole a windshield sunshade that I had in my van.

Be Leary of the pricing quoted for installation with this company because the technician comes and immediately says that I’m gonna have to pay another 70+ dollars for “set up” of a Battery. All fees should be expressed up front and not hold us at ransom

Not intirely impressed with results as it turns out service tech didnt know were battery was in my BMW and wasnt entirely sure about battery programming. Now I have to go and get battery programed at dealership wich I should have just went to in first place and paid dealership pricing.

If I was grading my experience, I would give the scheduling a "D-", the product a "see me after class", and the service tech an "A". I had requested a 9 AM to 11 AM service window. At 11:15 AM, I had received no contact other than an two near identical emails saying my order had been changed to "Driver Assigned/Pickup". I called and was informed the tech had yet to pick up the battery and they would arrive in about 45 minutes. At 12:45 pm, I received a text from the tech saying he'd be in the area around 3:30. At 3 PM, I received another text, this time from a tracking service saying "1-800-Battery is on the way and should arrive in about 5 hours." The tech arrived at 3:30 with a battery that was unrepresented on the 1-800-Battery website. After a little digging, I had found in the FAQs that this might happen. This should have been in plain, easy to identify language on the order page. Then, by showing my a "DieHard" battery on the confirmation page, again with no asterisk, I had been misled into thinking I would receive that exact battery. The battery substitute clause was found after the order was placed. I was fully satisfied by the tech. He changed the battery as if he had been under that exact car's hood a hundred times. No parts were fumbled, and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Based on 1-800-Battery's information for my vehicle make model and year I picked an appropriate battery based on the three presented and set up an appointment to have the installation done a couple days later in the 8 to 10 AM time slot. A day or so later I received a call from 1-800-Battery saying the battery was not the right one despite the fact it was shown on their website for my car and I needed to pay an additional $97 for te correct battery which I did. On the day scheduled for installation I was told the installer had to go pick up the battery and would be late despite the fact it was 2 days after I had paid the $97. He finally arrived around 11:00 and proceeded to replace the battery. Upon completion of the installation I was toldby the installer who had no paperwork for me that I would receive an email with the warranty information on the battery. To date I have received nothing from 1-800-Battery and I have been trying to contact them as several days after installation i have found multiple parts from my car that were removed during the battery installation and never reinstalled. I am currently trying to have the installer return to complete the work and obtain the warranty. So far I am very disappointed.

Ordered the battery at 3:24pm and it was advertised on the site someone could install it in 1hr and 1 minute. I still chose the 3pm to 5pm window. Installer never showed until 7PM. Took less than 10 minutes to install which was great but scheduling and dispatching was horrible.

I submitted my request at 9AM online for delivery and installation of a car battery. At the time, the website was showing an ETA of 3 hours and 3 minutes. The technician did not arrive until almost 5:45PM and stated he was only supposed to deliver the car battery. Luckily, the technician was nice enough to stay and install the car battery, but after he finished the installation and tested the battery, it was not testing well, so I may now be stuck with a bad battery. Would not use the service again.

I called for car battery at 10:45 AM because website said delivered in 90 minutes. Operator told me he will put me in 11 AM to 1 PM timeslot but will arrive before then. Will get email updates on status. At 12:30 still no battery and no email updates. I called back and he says drivers picking up battery and will be there by 1pm. I called back at 2:30 PM. Still no battery. Still no email updates on status. I talk to operator and put on hold for four minutes and then disconnected. I have to call back. Now I am told driver is close but has a FLAT TIRE, REALLY??? At 5 PM still no battery, still no email updates. I called to CANCEL my order, this is ridiculous. I am told at this point he is on your street. Will be at your house in a few minutes. An hour and a half battery delivery/install turned out to be a SIX HOUR AND 15 MINUTE wait. What a shame. If delivered in a reasonable amount of time and email updates rating would be better. I did this to same time. I could've driven somewhere and picked up the battery myself and save time and money.

Process started out ok. Ordered battery and asked to have it installed. The installation request was 8-10 am on on 6/7/24. Battery ordered 6/6. Order was processed promptly and delivered within 2 hours (with notice that battery may be delivered prior to installation tech arriving. On 6/7, allotted time comes and goes. Follow-up call made 11 ish. Person indicated the tech shouldn’t picked up item too early and shouldn’t have just dropped the battery without installing and would arrange for an installation ASAP. At 1:30 pm (6/7) I received a follow up Call to determine if installation tech has reached out to me. When advised that I still hadn’t heard from anyone, caller indicated they would attempt To track down tech and call me back. As of 1:45 pm (6/7) I still haven’t heard from tech regarding an installation that was supposed to occur NLT 10:00 am. Completion of service leaves much to be desired.
