“I have a relatively simple problem with Outlook. Out of two accounts on my Outlook, personal and corporate, only corporate shows appointments on the calendar after I accept invites. 3 of the helpers spent approximately 5 hours altogether and the problem persists. Please suggest a competent agent. I have paid already about $200 for the fixes and if the techies can't fix it I want my money back. I was trying to get to a manager but was told that a manager is not available.”
“I have used them for a few years via a phone call and accessing my computers. Sometimes a problem needs 2-3 techs to figure it out, I am not always sure they know how to resolve the problem but they manage and I'm not tearing my hair out anymore. Today, I believe I had 3 techs resolving overlapping screens, one website would sit atop the other and so on. It was perplexing but after about 1/2 hour they solved it. I have used many techs and I am confident they will figure it out and resolve the issues.”
