“It said it would ship in 3 to 5 business days … it has been 3 weeks and merchandise has not shipped and keeps getting delayed. Waiting a month to receive the merchandise is not acceptable.”
“As much as I loved receiving my lamp, it was disheartening to see that assembly was required. The instructions booklet wasn’t very helpful, either. I even took into work to see if my coworkers could help me put the tabs together, the guys were afraid to tear it, they too, couldn’t make heads or tails of how to put the lamp together. So I have a lamp not being used bc I don’t how to assemble it. 😡😡😡”

“I ordered 3 lights from them. They sent me 2 wrong lights and the 3rd one came in an open box so parts were missing. The customer service person was very difficult to deal with. I am sorry to have ordered anything from them. I don’t recommend this company. Go somewhere else.”
