“We really enjoyed 81 Watchtower. The home was well equipped and worked perfectly for our family. The location was excellent, as we were able to access the beach, so easily from the back porch area. Additionally the actual crows nest or watchtower on the top floor was really enjoyable for viewing and relaxing. The only concern we had with the home was the hot water system. After a few service calls, it was determined that the home was retrofitted with a tank less water heater system , Rinaii. Unfortunately, there was never enough hot water for our family of just 4 people. I am hopeful that we rent this home again, this concern will be addressed. Thank you for your teams concerns during our stay and we look forward to our next visit as well as referring 360 Blue to our friends and family.”
“We enjoyed the house immensely. The kitchen was well equipped and the children loved the pool. It was wonderful to have the golf cart—too bad the weather was pretty cold. I would suggest putting a blind on the carriage house door. When we had a problem the company responded. I would definitely use 360 again.”

“What a great house for a family gathering. We had a group of twelve to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday over New Year's Eve. There was lots of room for everyone. We had a few very minor problems with one of the bathrooms, but 360 blue came out and took care of the problem right away. The weather was cool but we enjoyed the beach view, the heated pool and the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We were able to walk on the beach which is a few steps from the house. Being so close to the red bar and several restaurants and shops was a plus. Seaside is a short car ride away. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, having six bikes and nice tvs in all the rooms. There was ample parking spaces. All the rooms were very comfortable. Would love to go back when the weather is warm.”
“We used 360 for the first time December 2017, as we decided to make a last minute trip/booking for New Years. There were only 3 of us so we booked a 1 bedroom studio that slept 4. The day of, a representative from 360 went to check on the property making sure it was ok for us to check in, they however found out that there was construction going on outside the unit. With that, they let us know in plenty of time and upgraded us to a beautiful home. Thank you 360, we had a wonderful time!!”

“Air and Heat.. it was awful! Shower in the bath room with tub is horrible, it needs something to unclog it. Took one shower in there and the water would not drain, nothing like taking a shower with the last 15 guests. We made s'mores one night with the fireplace outside, however we could have used the graham cracker left all over the furniture instead of buying our own. (Thank God for the rain!) The house is nice, however it is time for a deep cleaning!!!! Wood floors, we wore socks because some strange ghost runs the air and heat and they have their temperatures all messed up, but back to the socks.... they were black every night from walking on the floors. The glass self in the power room should be moved, flushed the toilet and went to wash my hands, well the toilet didn't flush all the way so I reach over from the other side to flush the handle and gashed my head open on the glass shelf. Oh... when we arrived there was tissue behind the toilet that looked as if it had been used. I mean like someone wiped their self and missed the toilet. I just hate when such a nice home and all of this needless items have not being taken care of. We call about the issues of the heat (63 when we arrived in the evening with a 7 month old) and the dishwasher and someone came and fixed dishwasher, and helped with heat, but the next day the heat had to be addressed again, after both men being here for several hours we just threw our hands up, because we felt we would have had to add them as guest during our stay. In finishing I pray these items will be fixed for the next people so the will enjoy their stay. We love Seaside (Watercolor) and have been coming for years and will come again. Allie was exceptionally in returning phone calls and taking care of things for us, so I give her a star rating.”
“Loved our stay in Watercolor during Thanksgiving week. Having bikes included with the house was great because they were there when we arrived. 360 Blue was also very responsive when we needed more kitchen towels. I would rent from 360 Blue again & recommend them to friends & family.”
“The home that we rented on Beachfront Trail was beautiful. We had a few minor problems with the home upon arrival, as can be expected with any rental home. 360 Blue addressed our concerns immediately and made more than whole with perks that they offered.
