I booked an attraction for a certain date as a special birthday surprise and received confirmation from yourselves that this had been confirmed. Upon arrival at the attraction I was told that the booking had been made the previous day. 365 was then contacted by an employee of the attraction and fortunately the attraction were able to fit us in, but upon re-booking it was made for the incorrect amount if people. Thankfully the attraction London Duck Tours were able to assist in resolving these issues and re-booking us all for that day, luckily they had availability.

Easy to navigate. But one have to visit on a certain date. It would be better to provide flexible ticket or to refund the tickets not used.

Really disappointed this time. I have used 365 for London tickets in the past and they were great used for orlando and kept in limbo for 48 hours following 3 contacts to try and resolve.

I was very happy until I found out I was paying for some London attractions that are totally FREE of charge if you just go straight to the attraction: The British Museum, St Paul's Cathedral, the National Gallery, etc.

Monday 18th of July I visited london Dongeun at 3 am. I, had the hotel to print the tickets I thought, but it was'nt the right thickets. It was very difficult to get the right thickets printed. i had to call a friend in Denmark to dounload and sending them to me and my family standing at the office at LD. It took an hour to get it done, and it was only because of the kind staff, that we reached the tour at 3.50 am. When the tour finished everyone had a free drink in the bar, You are advertising as if I should pay extra for the drink! 365 used to be cheaper some years ago, but this time it would have been cheaper ti ordre the tickets oneline directly from london Dungeon. The purchase of the tickets was fast and easy. My issues arrived when I reached the venue I had booked waited in line for 40 minutes to be told the ticket I had needed to be exchanged for individuals tickets from the box office which had a line which took another 30/40 minutes. We booked these tickets to save us time and give us more time to enjoy the Theme Park. We ended having some very tired and grumpy children who just wanted to start to have fun but couldn't due to the poor quality of service we received. If this is what needed to happen it should have stated clearly on our paperwork to avoid the delays we experienced. However it should not have happened in the first place as your company should ensure what is being issued to customers is the correct ticket for the venues!

According to the website and the customer care executive, m-ticket should have been accepted at the ticket gate, but it was not accepted.

I am afraid that I had difficulty with your website in booking and eventually needed to phone in my order, then it did not come back to my email so I needed to call again. The young lady was very pleasant and helped me but it all took rather a long time from start to finish.

Not sure who you are, I purchased a number of tickets yesterday. The others are very good but I am still awaiting confirmation about tickets I purchased for a Buckingham Palace tour I have had no confirmation at all so if you are the ones supplying these the service is not very good

Your site doesn't work on a tablet. We tried a computer and finally got through on mobile phone. Not good service...

Hi, Around 40% of bookings come through a tablet device so this seems to be a connection or isolated issue. Which tablet and system do you use so I can get someone to look into this issue for you. Regards

Very slow had no idea wether I had purchased tickets or not so just had to wait and hope I had them didn't think I had any tickets waited for about 2 hours before I had confirmation and then didn't receieve e mail for another hour. Overall not very good at all .

We bought our tickets for the Tower Bridge Exhibition through the 365Tickets website, in the belief we were getting discounted tickets, only to find when we arrived that we could have bought them there for less money than we had paid. As we are pensioners and were treating our grandchildren, this did not get our visit off to a good start !

You are the first company that has ever charged me for using a debit card. I cant give any more ratings to you. If you are running these prize draws, have you declared the winners of last year and who are they? Disappointing.

Hi Sudheer, Thank you for your comments. The reason we charge a fee is that it enables us to keep supplying our customers with competitive rates and from your order I can see you saved by booking with us rather than going direct. The fee we charge is the amount we get charged from your bank and we would prefer not have to pass this onto our customers. I can also confirm these prize draws are run by the British Travel Awards and the winner's have been announced for last year. Many thanks for choosing 365Tickets

Website need upgrade when coming to purchase tickets. Look straight forward and easy but not really. I need to contact and asked for help..please check with your customer service. Luckily he's very helpful. This is my first purchase with your company and I am disappointed.

I tied booking tickets for the first time on this website. At the end of the booking I choose to print out the voucher. The downside was that there did not seem any way to save the voucher in order to print it at a later date (I needed to email it to work to print). There did not appear to be any "my account" option where I could log in later and then print. I tried to call their helpline for advice while the voucher was still onscreen but was left holding for a long time only to get an answerphone message. I left my number but no call back. I have had to print screen the voucher in two halves and as this is a present I am now unsure if this will even be accepted so more phone calls necessary it appears. I also tried to book 2 tickets for the special £14 offer on Ripleys believe it or not but the system would only give me the option of 0 or 1?! I gave up trying to add them to my basket. I went off site to Virgin Experiences to book the other part of my present and it was so straight forward to use and tickets due tomorrow. 365, you have a great site but these problems need sorting. Hope my review helps.

disappointed....you did not say that the Tower of London CLOSED AT 5:30PM!! I was under the impression that the ticket sales ceased at 5:00 p.m.!!! We hardly saw anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
