“fast & easy”

“The website does not state that the booking will not be confirmed immediately - we are flying first thing tomorrow morning and I expected to receive the emailed tickets straight away so I can print them out before we leave - they say on the confirmation (but this is only once you have booked and paid) it can take up to 24 hours! Have just called to find out if we will get the tickets before we leave or, if not, to cancel the order, and the phone has gone through to voicemail (even though it says the office is open today 8am until 4pm) and the Chat Facility is turned off so now I have to wait to see if anyone will get back to us today. One very unhappy customer!”

Hi Mandy, I am sorry to hear that you had trouble when booking tickets. As stated in the Ticket Terms for Siam Park, this product requires confirmation from the supplier and this can take up to 24 hours. I can see from your booking that it was confirmed and the tickets were sent out to you in under 2 hours. “Great discounts. Bought tickets for Underwater world in Mooloolaba. Had a great time there would highly recommend a visit with the kids at this price. Very easy to book and print. Will use them again. Lizzie Redcliffe”

“Purchasing the tickets was very easy, however I expected to print off the actual tickets and not a voucher to be exchanged at the box office. On calling I was advised that there is currently a 1 to 2 hour queue at the Box office and no mention was made of this on the web site. Your agent explained that if you ring you are advised of this fact , however this information was only given as an afterthought as I pushed for details. This is an on line service and you would not call unless a problem occurred, and I had already purchased my tickets which are non refundable . I do feel as though I have been misled and would not chose to purchase tickets through this site again.”
