“In April I ordered custom batting gloves.
I have still not received them and it’s end of June
44 has been less then helpful in trying to locate such gloves and this has been a very frustrating experience . My son was really looking forward to his custom gloves . What a disappointment !”

“As of now my daughter has had hers for almost 2 months and she has not even been able to use it. Its an adult glove ...she's almost 11 but there is no room for her thumb. We have even had several of the 9 year Olds on her team try it and everyone complains. For money spent and the time we waited for it I have to say I extremely disappointed.”

“I have used 44 gloves for the past 5 years and have always been pleased with the quickness and quality of the product. UNTIL NOW, my glove has taken way too long. My glove had been in the processing stage for over a month now.
I have not been able to use for the start of my season my season and that has been frustrating. So I’d love to write a positive review but I would need my actual glove first.
If I could get some kind of information when my glove has been processed enough to be finally sent to me that would be lovely.

“Never received the glove. I recevied an email stating production of my glove was "on hold" after already waiting several weeks. The email added that a team member would contact me within 1-3 days to discuss my order. I never reveived a phone call or email from any team member. I attempted to contact 44 Pro to no avail. Emails went unaswered and there is no phone number to call. I haven't recevied any further communication from 44 Pro until today when I recevied an email to leave a review of my new 44 Pro product with the hopes that I'm "enjoying" it. How sweet. This was the second purchase I've placed with 44 Pro and it will be the last. I would not recommend 44 Pro to others based on my recent experience.”
“We purchased some batting gloves for my son. The colors, after wearing twice, are bleeding together, and staining his hands and bat. 44 pro customer service has been almost non existent. Can't imagine buying again. This review is for the batting gloves. The custom glove seems fine so far.”

“The batting gloves my son ordered were the most disappointing item we have ordered from 44. He loves his catchers glove and first base glove so we expected the same quality for the batting gloves. Unfortunately they are low quality, the finger slots are not straight, and they rubbed a blister on his thumb the first time he wore them. Do not waste your money on the batting gloves. Definitely not the quality we expected from 44.”
“I helped my 10 year old customize a glove. Later, he accidently changed the size from a 10.75 to 10.25. with such a minor change, I did not recognize that it was changed until after the order was submitted. I reached out early the next morning, which was a saturday and was about 6 hours after the order was submitted to correct the error. There is no live person to speak to. I never was able to speak to an actual person. Through chat and email, I recevied no helpful response other than to say all orders are final immediately after being placed. So, my son, who was extremely excited to receive his customized glove is now very sad.
This should have been handled differently. I understand if it was multiple days later and the glove was already being made, but im certain the glove was not in production 6 hours after it was ordered. I wont order from this company again.”

“We will never use them again. Ordered a custom glove for my son’s birthday. Glove was never made. We received status updates on how it was being cut, sewed, made, finished, tested etc for weeks which were untrue because after seven weeks we got a message that they had run out of blue thread and said the glove could not be made as ordered. What glove manufacturer runs out of thread? They did refund us but they had to otherwise it would have been charged back by the credit card company. No attempt to make up for the disappointment.”
“While this company does their best to inform their customers on the product they purchased, there are flaws. I was receiving weekly updates until a problem was encountered and then communication stopped.
It is very frustrating that there is no phone number to talk to a representative and ask questions on a product that was ordered. It is also frustrating when I provided my number several times and NO ONE takes the time to call.
It has been 2 months since my order was placed and I am still waiting on my product!”
“The fact that I am getting a survey to review my order that I still haven’t even gotten a tracking number for after 2 months is both hilarious and embarrassing on the company’s end. I have sent numerous emails and keep being told that it’s being delayed but if that was truly the case why would I be getting an email to review the product?”
“My order was not shipped in full and customer service emailed me one time when I reached out stating they don’t see my order. Which was correct, and no response to that. Horrible customer service, especially when I have have 5 gloves and a bat to date. I am still waiting for someone to reach out and fix this. I will not correct this rating until someone reaches to fix this.”
