“I have never left a review before.. but I have never been as blown away as I was by the staff at the Osborne Park branch… I was a little nervous before visiting the store to pick up my first mountain bike as an adult (I haven’t ridden since I was a kid so my knowledge is 0), but I was so thankful of how patient and happy the staff were to pass on their knowledge to me. They educated and directed me towards the accessories I would need starting out, while steering me away from the products I wouldn’t need just yet. One of them even helped pick out the best helmet for me based on his recommendation, which was below mid-range price, so they weren’t just selling to sell, which is so rare yet so appreciated! I know it may not mean much but thank you again to all the staff at the 99 Bikes, Osborne Park! You have given me the much needed confidence to step back into a 99 Bikes store as a total newbie, and have a grateful customer for life based on my experience :). Jessica”
“I purchased a new bike and the staff member didn't set up the air fork suspension for me, nor did he even give me the service envelope with the manual in it! He just gave me my bike and that was it. No mention of future servicing or anything in regards to after sales support etc. I only know this as I took my new bike in to my local store yesterday in Osborne Park as it was making some weird scraping noises. The staff member was amazing in going through everything with me – how it should have been done when I purchased my bike. Very poor customer service from your Joondalup store! I also complained online and received no follow up from this store.”

“Simple order, 2 tyres and take half day for shop to prepare and still not ready when I got there. And sales person asked me whether I received the sms say item is ready yet? Omg”
“The friendly staff are helpful without being pushy or condescending. They can often order things that aren't being listed on their website. The only hassle has been the onsite parking is a bit limited and awkward. Just park along Chifley or use your bike.”
