I have now received a print of a cat!! Which was never ordered. Again I have tried to contact them but NO response. I have returned this unwanted item at a cost of £12.00 hopefully I will get a full refund. Once I have my money back I will never use them again and would discourage others from using them.”
“Ordered mirror for delivery 16-23 October. Nothing arrived and no response to my emails. I have tried calling their registered address (Dunelm) and they wouldn't pass me on to Achica. There used to be the option to request a call back from Achica and they used to acknowledge an email instantly and come back with a reply within 72 hours. Looks to me like Achica are going bust.”
“Same experience as everyone else it would appear. Have ordered lots of things from them in the past with no problems at all and good customer service. However, I now have something outstanding worth £153, ordered in September, that hasn't arrived. Three queries sent to them with absolutely nothing back whereas before I'd had replies within 24 hours. Have just contacted them again and threatened Trading Standards if I don't hear back by tomorrow.”

“I foolishly placed another order with this excuse for a company after my first one was cancelled after 3 months due to no stock. Yet again it hasn't arrived and they simply ignore emails asking what is going on.
Never ever have I dealt with such a poor company and unfortunately I didn't see the negative reviews until after I placed my second order.
I am so annoyed with myself for giving them the chance to rip me off for the second time.

“I have been a customer of Achica since it started a few years ago and on the whole, found they fulfilled my orders with no problems. There was also a phone number for contact in case of queries. Sadly, this is no longer the case. I ordered a cushion with a delivery date of 24 October. This has now passed with no sign of the item and no response from my emails. They have taken my money and not delivered the goods. I am very disappointed with Achica. How can they be allowed to continue taking your money and not fulfilling the orders? Looking at the amount of 1 star reviews on this site, there must now be a case for Trading Standards to get involved in what is happening with this company.”

When it finally arrived they weren't suitable so I returned them. Achica's policy is the customer pays return postage.
Because my items were heavy (super King duvet, pillows, bed linen) the return postage was £15!!!!
I sent via Hermes but the weight plus extra insurance to cover the order value really pushed up the costs.
Out of curiosity I googled my items and not only did I find them cheaper elsewhere, these companies offered free returns.
Nowadays, most online sellers offer a prepaid return system. Achicas items are not such a bargain that they can opt out of this service.”
“I ordered 3 items. I was told to expect deliver by 30th September, by middle of October still nothing. I complained in Facebook. Eventually one item arrived and when I asked about the others, I was told the supplier had not given a date! I asked for a refund. I should not have to wait nearly 3 months for delivery. It's sham.”

“Hands down the WORST experience I have EVER had with any company. I placed three individual orders totally more than £500. One order arrived one month late, another arrived 3 weeks late and I had to cancel another as two and a half months later they STILL did not have the items in stock. I never received any apology for late delivery or updates on my orders/estimated delivery dates. The customer service was awful as each employee gave different story of where my items/refund were. I finally got a refund on the order I cancelled but they failed to send my delivery charge back which took a further 20 days to receive as there had been an 'error on their system'. To those who are willing to risk it, be aware they debit your bank account prior to having the items in stock and will often breach the Distance Selling Regulations as they fail to deliver goods within 30 days of sale. All in all a very bad experience from start to finish.”
“Still waiting for a bag I ordered and paid for in July - almost £90! Managed to get a reply to my email on 8th August to say delivery would be end of August. Now in October and no sign of bag, no replies either to 3 emails asking when delivery will be. Will never use them again.”
“Yet again delivery date come and gone no communication from company or reply to my enquiry. They take your money hold on to it for a month or so then advise "unable to fulfil order" Trading Standards should review these business practices. This was my final time shopping never again”
