“As a first time customer all I can honestly say is DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered a plant pot from the website after being given the recommendation by a friend...the order arrived damaged after waiting for weeks.
I got in touch with the customer service team...this also seems to take a while, they then arranged another delivery...this too arrived broken! I recently received my third replacement...broken!
Three broken orders in total now, no explanation as to why this has happened. I have now been informed that they are not prepared to send me any more replacements despite me wanting one.

“Unsurpassed mediocrity, at best, qualifies their "customer service"(of course, unreachable via phone)! My first order was missing one item; I asked them to send it to me but they insisted in refunding the item pretending there were no more left, despite me telling them that their own site was showing differently. I went ahead immediately and ordered the missing basket which is now on the way. I wrote back to customer service asking them to refund me the postage that I had to pay for the item since I was supposed to have received it in the initial order. They refused without giving me any reason for their refusal while apologizing for the issue with my prior order. All talk and no (relevant) action! I had to pay for their lack of professionalism and basic customer service while they were giving me false and misleading information when the only thing they had to do was to look on their own website. Will avoid for peace of mind!”
“Used them twice, first time plant turned up damaged, recent one I purchased a climbing rose paid for it waited over a week then received a email saying they have cancelled my order! I had to email back and forth to get an explanation that was there system can’t keep up and said the item was in stock when it wasn’t! but it took over a week for them to realise that?! Would not recommend and wouldn’t use them again”

“Ordered two plants from this company, NEVER AGAIN !! They both arrived dead , compost fell out all over the floor when opened , no clue as to which way up the box should be opened or "Handle with care , live plant", stickers on the box to give the postal services a clue as to what was in the box. However I seem to have been luckier than most on here as I at least received a partial refund , including postal charges the plants cost me a little over £36.00. I received a refund of £29.00. Shocking service ! Dead or substandard goods ! I highly recommend that you AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMMPANY ! I just wish that I'd taken the time to read the reviews prior to purchase .”

“What a disgusting company! My pond “plants” arrived upside down in a box without any indication of which way up it should be. Soil, plants all out of the pots. 3 were completely dead 2 were nearly dead and very poor quality. I have contacted the company 3 times over the past 2 weeks without a reply - customer service is non existent. £46.34 completely wasted. I advise everybody to avoid this company like the plague. I only wish I had read all the reviews first. If I could give no stars I certainly would.”
“Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered 8 plants, 5 were in dreadful state. I wish I could attach photos for you to see. They claim the plant is x cm high - that's when you measure the sticks holding the plant up, the passion flower I ordered had 10cm long stem with one leaf on it when it was advertised as 65cm. It's a joke. Plants came so dry as if they never seen water and half of the soil was discarded in the main box they arrived in. Who cramps 8 plants together in a small box ? I emailed the customer service straight away with pictures and 2 weeks in no answer despite chasing twice. I think the plants are shipped from the Netherlands and that's why arrive in dreadful condition. It's the first and last time I bought from them, easy to take your money but no care for the customer. AVOID”
“Very disappointed! I ordered two 9cm potted lavender plants. However, two days after arrival they started to turn brown and dusty from the base. I contacted customer services and received a reply asking for photos which I supplied. Since then no response, no contact, no replacement and desire asking no refund. Still waiting!!

Aldi sell better plants for £1.69. Although they didn't have trailing ones.
Perennials I ordered were verging on dead weeds. Terrible state. You wouldn't pay 20p at clearance sale at b and q for them. Photos show state of plants compared to what aldi sell.”
