“This was hands down the worst experience I've had from an online company. Completely bad customer service, no communication internally, conflicting and incorrect e mail updates sent to me. I was promised to be called back several times and it was me the customer who had to chase these people down. I ended up getting a much better service and a better deal for the same tyres at my local garage, far more efficient. The mobile tyre fitters they use are supposed to be in a local radius, but apparently the only mobile fitter stated he couldn't do the job because 6 miles away from his base was too far. Complete waste of my time. Shop local for better service is my advice.”
“Ordered a set of tyres on Tuesday 5th March. Delivered on Wednesday however not only were they the incorrect size, they sent me a cheaper variant of the tyre which is lesser in quality. I raised this with them, they collected the old tyres and sent out new ones. They managed to rectify half of the issue and supplied me with the correct variant but still the complete wrong size. A week will have lapsed by the time i get my correct tyres. Seems a shambles in my opinion.”

Kept getting told my tyre would be next day next day. To then being told it would be a week later really isn’t good enough. Trying to blame the local fitter when you guys couldn’t even get him the tyre. Then for 3-5 days for my money back when paying £235 for a tyre is shocking when I have to go get another because you can’t complete an order is not good. So I pay for two tyres before getting my money back. Was told I would get a call back in 10-15 minutes to let me know what’s going on. But instead got an email. Will never use again.”
“Can't give zero stars avoid this company completely what a joke ordered two tyres Tuesday estimated delivery time Wednesday thought great get things sorted before weekend but no tyres didn't turn up so Thursday got in touch by email looking into why not delivered and would let me know state of play never got back to me but took payment for tyres, so Friday morning rang company up to see what was happening was told tyres had been dispatched Thursday but had turned up so then was told one tyre would turn up Friday between 12 and 4 and the other tyre Monday so thought OK, but tyre still hasn't turned up so phoned again Friday before closing was told same story again so asked for a full refund as tyre never turned up as promised I'm not holding my breath for full refund as going about courier charge but told them I've paid for goods but not received, so avoid this company pay that little but more at tyre fitters as its not worth the hassle from blackcircles”

Customer service more interested in investigating with the courier than resolving my problem. Very slow responses via email. Broken promise regarding despatching the outstanding tyre. Instead of compensation, a meagre discount off future order offered! Avoid at all costs!”
“This company should not be allowed to be in business. They are asbsolute gangsters. They have the worse customer service possible. Over 50 calls to get tyres I purchased. Still have not got them. Every single representative I spoke to told me a different story. They do not take notes when u ring. So basically u have to start from scratch everytime you ring again. They do not call u back. Im a solicitor by profession. I'm really considering taking a law suit against them. They advertise tyres They don't even have in stock. Take your money then fill u full of lies. This is fraud. Plus they sell tyres that are years old. Whilst claming they are new. My advise is, stay well clear away from them. Out of 50 calls they have at least hung up 45 times. I have the majority of the calls recorded at my end. So when I do make a claim against them the appropiate people will be named and shamed and hopefully this company will be shut down. Use a local independent garage for tyres. It's the only way. Shame on you Black. Watch for the letter in the post. Enough is enough.”
“Have to admit, I got a little scared after reading all the less than stellar reviews...after I purchased my tires. If I had of read the reviews I probably wouldn't have purchased. That being said, my experience was 5 Star. Tires showed up at the tire shop before my appointment and the installers had them on in less than an hour.
Piece of advice to anyone thinking of not purchasing - have them installed at a proper tire shop like I chose. They are experts at tires and should be honest with you if they think they are too old or 2nd's like some of the other reviews.

“Absolutely awful. Ordered tyres to be fitted at home because they had availability on the most convenient afternoon. Received an email to say they couldn't attend my address on that day so could I go to a garage the following day. I replied to say that I could and please book me in. They then replied to say that the mobile fitter could do it on the day I first requested but it would be an all day call. I responded to say I couldn't be available all day due to work which is why I had requested an afternoon appointments initially. I asked again if I could attend a garage the following day but after all this back and forth there were no garage appointments available for a week. Asked for a refund and will not be using again.”

Ordered a pair of tyres to be fitted at a local garage. I was genuinely nervous when making this order as Blackcircles appears well regarded on uk.trustpilot but absolutely loathed on Reviews.io.
My experience was 100% totally positive. Tyres ordered and delivered to fitter 2 days later. Everything went really smoothly and it couldn't have gone any better. When things go wrong sellers should be held to account, but equally when things go great a compliment is due.
My Tomket tyres are coded "3623" for date of manufacture. It is very reassuring for customers when Blackcircles dispatches tyres that are well in date.
I'd like to think that Blackcircles had some customer issues but it has now embraced a new culture. If so, good on them and I look forward to future purchases!”
“Orders tyres 4 days in advance booked garage for fitting.Had e-mails reminded me of appointment for fitting etc-Get to garage on time and my tyres haven’t been delivered.Phoned them had an apology but tyres won’t be delivered for another 3 days (no good to me as I’m going away)-Garage did say I should have gone through them and saved £30. Told Black circles this as I want a price match -Answer no but may get £20 inconvenience as compensation-So cancelled the order-Booked with National now as with discount they are offering now it’s £40 cheaper-So waiting for my refund from Black Circles now-won’t use them again”

“I visited Elite Garage Manning's Heath for advice on the four tyres that I was considering buying from Black circles as they are one of their recommended premier fitters. I was amazed to be told that the tyres I was thinking of buying were " c..." and that I shouldn't have any dealings with Black circles as they don't want to know if anything goes wrong. “I normally check reviews, but I needed winter tyres before a Germany trip and they were the only ones available early enough.
Omg they are useless.
My tyre fitting was booked at 8.30 am. They had only delivered 3 tyres.
It took an entire day for team INCOMPETENT to finally send me a delivery confirmation for 4 tyres.
It took me 1 second to see the problem that they were too dumb to see for an entire day.
What they did was send 3 tyres which arrived on time and then 1 separate one which arrived at 10.44 AFTER my tyre fitting.
Nobody looked at that and thought - oh no wonder the technician has only got 3 tyres
Thanks to me organizing it and finding said tyre by myself the independant fitters finally came at 4pm. The poor technician tells me he was looking for the tyre from 7am - thought he was going mad. Poor guy.
I lost an entire day because Blackcircles customer service. were all too retarded to see the 4th tyre got delivered late.
I had to even give them the telephone number of the independant technician because they were too lazy to find out themselves.
Onky emailed them despite me telling them this could not wait.
I lost track of how many calls I had to make as well as numerous trips to garages to find the tyres.
Eventually I found someone helpful on their "helpline".
