“Tyres due 27th and it's now late afternoon on 29th still no tyres. I've tweeted,emailed,phoned,whatsapped etc the silence and incompetence is staggering. This leaves me without a car for the third day running. Amateurish and generally incompetent. AVOID”
“Sold me 4 year old tyres and when I asked for them to be taken back and refunded, they hide behind legislation according to which tyres up to 5yrs from manufacturing date, are classed as "new". So in 12 months, my "new" tyres will need replacement. I feel robbed and will never use again.”

“booked a local garage 6 days in advance to fit around my work etc , 1 day before fitting got an email confirmation ( from black circles ) that changed the appointment time to an unacceptable one , many emails and phone calls later it got changed back to original time . service i got from the garage was really bad and they said the fitting time on the email confirmation from black circles means nothing to them and they would do my car when they could !”

“This was hands down the worst experience I've had from an online company. Completely bad customer service, no communication internally, conflicting and incorrect e mail updates sent to me. I was promised to be called back several times and it was me the customer who had to chase these people down I waited 6 weeks to get a part refund and as a sorry they offered a 10% discount next time I ordered 4 tyres 3 arrived I then got told a week later they will pick 1 up and change for 2 others they offered a worse tyre back and forth me chasing them 6 weeks went by and I got a part refund and 10% off next purchase which will be never”
“I ordered on Tuesday and received my tires on Thursday of the same week. Tires are in great shape. They were manufactured within the last 6 months. My only issue was that I phoned the local shop listed on their site for install and they told me that they had no idea how they were listed on the site. So I ended up just getting them shipped to my house and found my own place to do the install.”

I am a regular customer and I booked with them, but they cancelled the order less than a day prior to the appointment and I needed them changed for my upcoming trip and they could not rearrange an appointment for me due to such a short range of garages they have partnered with. Finally they cancelled my order and said we can not give you any compensation and only offered %15 percent discount for the future orders that there is no way for me to get back to them!!

“Ordered two tyres for replacement. Only one was sent from the company which I was only told the day of my replacement. I waited 5 days but still no tyre sent. Now i'm having to chase up where the other tyre is, I have explained I need this done asap due to needing a MOT in the next week before going abroad. Staff are refusing to give me contact details so I can chase up the courier myself. Very frustrating and no compensation offered seeing as I had to take a day off work to get the tyre fitted originally, and will also need to take another one off to get the second fitted as well as having to chase this up is causing a lot of unnecessary stress.”

The mobile tyre fitters they use are supposed to be in a local radius, but apparently the only mobile fitter stated he couldn't do the job because 6 miles away from his base was too far. “I have ordered tyre in 26th March 2024, the delivery and fitting date was 2/4/2024, when I arrived at the given workshop, the workshop guy mentioned Black cirlces has not delivered the tyre ? so pathetic and appalling customer service, DO NOT BUY from BLACKCIRCLES.COM, today is 8th April I have called the workshop they said we dont have your tyre delivered yet, then I called Blackcircles to check where is my Tyre? Blackcircles cannot trace our Tyre? - WHAT A JOKE???”
“Tyre ordered on Monday. Urgently needed by Thursday to leave on holiday. They were not able to confirm fitting on appointed day, so I asked if I can collect from garage and fit myself as it's extremely urgent. Although I was on the phone 5 or 6 times, during 3 days, they mislead me until the end of Thursday ( day before Easter) when they told me the truth that my tyre was refused by the garage as my order was cancelled! Communication s...t, reliability poor, waiting for an update and return call, any tracking number - pointless! Never again!!!”

Received an email 1 day before fitting saying tyres were no longer in stock
Then email asking for for another £120 to supply a different make tyre
Just want the tyres I paid for at the price I paid when they were in stock”
“I ordered tires with the company purely because they had the quickest fitting date/time. However it took 1 day for the fitting centre to respond that they couldn’t accommodate and gave me a later option which was later than what others had. So that wasn’t great as I then had to cancel the order and find a different service. On a positive note they have a WhatsApp communication with customers which was swift to cancel the order and issue a refund.”
