“Awful.
The chosen garage broke the TPMS sensor on my car and claim it was pure concidence. When I raised it with BC they promised to investigate but just decided to agree with the garage. Offered to look into a goodwill gesture but stopped responding after I submitted invoices etc for the replacement that I had done elsewhere (and at a fraction of the cost the partner garage had quoted)
At least I've now found an honest and reliable tyre fitter meaning I will never have to use Blackcircles again.”
“Paid for two tyres at a good price. Secured a booking for figment this morning, had to travel far for this booking.
Arrived to find the tyres had not arrived, no one let me know and I can’t reach black circles on the phone.
Have no idea when the tyres will arrive if at all.
This is bad business”
“Just doing some due diligence - asking some basic questions. After 10 days, get an email that avoids answering all 3 questions with this statement, "We don't have any specific rules for any specific tyres. You can find all these details on our website Blackcircles.com ". In other words, I am not going to say anything in writing. This is a clear case of 'Too good to be true', there is a reason they advertise/offer the cheapest price online. As the saying goes, 'buyer beware'.”
“Would be a good way to get tyre's of your choice if they delivered the tyre's on time. 2 cancelled appointments because only one tyre delivered , only when I contacted the garage of my choice that I got real help they took my number as soon as tyre's delivered they phoned me and had them fitted within the hour. So blackcircle you need to improve a fair bit and this would be the best way of getting the tyre's of customer choice.”
“I Bought four tyres, but they sent only three. Did not tell me they were sending only three, and one was held up as they did not have it in stock while. This caused my car to be stuck at the wheel repair shop for two days and was inconvenience for both me and the wheel repair shop.”
“Terrible service, ordered 2 x tyres on the Tuesday , was given time slot that Friday afternoon at 2.15pm. Went to garage, fitter took my 2 front wheels off, took a tyre off then discovered the tyres that were ordered had not been delivered to the garage !!! He had to put tyre back on, then the wheels. Went home ,was on the phone for 30 +mins to someone who could hardly speak english, demanded full refund. Received email on the Friday stating refund would be in my account on the Monday. Now late Tuesday afternoon and still no refund. Customer service shocking. I will NEVER use this mob again and will urge others to avoid at all costs.”
“Awful service, 2 of the 4 tyres didn’t turn up for the fitting slot. Nobody interested in helping after hours of phone calls given a slot 2 days later only to find tyres still haven’t arrived!! Now given some nonsense about supply issue. Still hasn’t been sorted out! Originally the local garage had a delivery note for the tyres but not the actual tyres”
“The last 3 purchases from Blackcircels have been poor service the last purchase made they sent the wrong size of tyre and to date still haven't received a refund a week later the company is that bad I won't be dealing with them again and advise others to stay clear.”
“Happy with the price and location of my fitters, what not Happy about, was terms and conditions, got two hour time windien 9am to 11am. What it means turn up at 0855am then the garage gets 2 hrs to fit yours tyres, so the garage does there jobs first and other contractors and fits your tyres when they got time. They put my car in bay at 10am and started at 1059, they done 3 of there customers before mine, even though they was nit waiting”

when you arrive you are asked if you want to leave your car and they wil
call you when the car is ready or wait in reception until it is ready.
arrived at 2.30 told it would be ready at 4.30.
2hrs to change 2 tyres.never again its a joke.”
“To be honest, they don't even deserve one star. I am truly disgusted by this company and will never ever use them again. I arranged to have x2 tyres fitted at a local garage, I turned up and they told me they hadn't received the tyres yet. Black circles didn't bother to tell me that- I was due to go on a long trip and had a slow puncture which I wanted to sort before the trip. Because they didn't bother telling me anything I had no time to get new tyres fitted before my trip. And even after all that hassle I'm fighting for a refund with them. So frustrating, the service is supposed to make it easier for people to get new tyres, not harder.”
“Booked and paid for 4 tyres to be fitted at my local garage 10 days in advance. Got to the garage only for them to say the tyres have not been delivered. Called black circles and advised they would chase the supplier and call back within 30 mons. 2 hours later I called back only to get the same answer, a callback in 30 mins. I requested a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
“Booked mobile fitting for two replacement tyres. First of all the fitter refused to swap wheels on front of car. Later having had a drive the car felt unstable at the rear, so I checked the pressure which was 36psi on one and 34.5psi on the other, should be 30psi,also they are supposed to put new valves in when replacing tyres which they didn't. I definitely would advise everyone to avoid black circles supported by ATS.”
“Contacted customer care due to a faulty tyre, totally inept call handler that could offer no assistance or solution. Was told the matter would be dealt with as urgent, 4 days later, Nothing!
Got the original fitters to replace the tyre and it was cheaper to use them directly than use Blackcircles.”
“Avoid at all costs. Apparently even though the email says 8:30am to 12:30pm for a morning fitting when you call this is 1:30pm, still no show. No callback, no email as promised. Called the mobile fitting company and still nothing................avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!!!!!! Now trying to get my money back which is also an absolute joke.”
“Cheap tyres - terrible customer service. Ordered 2 tyres and booked a slot at local garage. Email saying issue supplying tyres and slot had been cancelled. I had to get back in touch to ask what was happening. Not great…”

Booked another slot went to garage and had a massive argument with the garage because of the black circle hadn’t made the booking.
This company is dreadful.
They also lied and told me that the tyre was delivered I can assure you it never was.??
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.
It’s not worth the stress and wasted time.
