“ Extremely poor service! Ordered £270 worth of clothing and it did not arrive. As I paid with PayPal Blacks refused to deal with it. After chasing PayPal was told that Blacks provided a delivery note so no refund would be given! I did not receive or sign for anything so how can there be a delivery note? They have basically stolen £270 from me!!! ”

“ Ordered pictures online and 5 of them arrived with black marks and white smudge type marks on them. Called and was told I would get an email and to reply with photos to show the marks. No email. I have sent an email to customer service with the photos. No reply yet! ”
