*BEWARE* DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Absolutely useless company. Very long delivery times which they do not warn you about unless you chase them. They have sent me a pressure washer with a EU plug despite the fact I am in the UK. This renders the item useless as if I change the plug myself then the the pressure washer will not be covered under the manufacturer's warrantee. The manufacturer have confirmed with me already that the warranty wouldn't be covered as they don't recomend using a EU machine in the UK or modifying it to be used in the UK. Order number: 84180953 Their Live Chat service keeps disconnecting before an agent even comes on to speak with you. There is no contact telephone number. The only way to contact them is via email. But emails go unanswered for days. As I had already waited 2 weeks for the item to arrive (they claim to be U.K.-based but items are sent from Denmark) and I cannot use the one they have sent, I have had to purchase an alternative from a U.K. store. I therefore want a refund and for Coolshop to arrange collection of the item to be returned, at their cost, but they have not responded to multiple emails. * AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.*

They are lied and sent me totally different toys for the kids that’s so disgusting do all this business taking people money !! The right side what I saw and ordered for but what I received just little toys like cheap Lego that so disappointed and disgusting business taking people money.

I'm not going to lie I was a bit nervous about using cool shop due to some bad reviews online, however, I am very pleased to say they were on point with this order and they saved my ass with a birthday gift when two other stores let me down. The PS4 controller is a genuine product, competitively priced and was delivered in about 2 weeks, which considering the Covid-19 impact right now that is a fair enough time. Looking forward to ordering again.

Got a great reduced price on my Withings move activity watch. Excellent communication from Cool Shop and watch arrived in 5 days even given covid19 restrictions and coming from Denmark . Would recommend .

Update. Still no reply from coolshop. My disabled son still doesn’t have the item I ordered 3 weeks ago that arrived not working. Absolutely disgusted. Please, please, please DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS.

Said based in UK, liars. Says shipped by RoyalMail48, Liars! been following them since my order 5 days ago. Con site shows item shipped, then map where my pacakage is, Holland, WITH A MAP!, Then two days later Denmark, Where next? Told me it was coming from Licester. Cancelled, Not easy. Predict more problems. 6 days later RoyalMail "48hour delivery" stills says "We have been informed that the sender is preparing their package and we haven't received it yet! They know you have to queue for hours to dispute the transaction.

Really terrible service. I have a disabled son who cannot go out because covid-19. I decided to buy him a Segway ninebot pack with the go kart as a package deal so he could go around our drive on it to try and cope with the boredom he’s experiencing. The ninebot s part of it doesn’t switch on rendering it useless. There are other reviews on here with the same problem so I’m not the first. To say that my disabled son is gutted is an understatement. I have been emailing there customer services now for nearly a week with no reply. I cannot get through to them and my son is asking me all the time about it as he doesn’t understand why he can’t use it. Please, please don’t use this company!! All I did was buy something from them in a really difficult time and they have managed to make it even more difficult for me. I have now had to buy it from somewhere else as it’s now been over 3 weeks since I first ordered it. My son just doesn’t understand. So that’s £400 that I can’t afford as I’m self employed and not receiving any money at the moment Very sad.

No point in going into great details as my review would only confirm the multitude of negative opinions of this very untrustworthy company Very unlike my wife she didn’t check reviews before purchase otherwise she would not have touched this company with a barge pole! We purchased a TEFAL deep fat fryer which came with a TWO PIN CONTINENTAL PLUG despite this being falsely professing to be a UK COMPANY WITH A UK WEB ADDRESS Here now is the very worrying and dangerous aspect of this company THE ONE COMMUNICATION RECEIVED AS A RESPONSE TO OUR COMPLAINT WAS THAT WE SHOULD USE A PLUG ADAPTER THIS WOULD NOT RESULT IN THE APPLIANCE BEING EARTHED THEIR ADVICE COULD BE FATAL IF A SHORT CIRCUIT TO THE METAL CASE OCCURRED UK BUYERS BEWARE CHECK THAT THE APPLIANCE HAS A THREE CORE LEAD AND CHANGE THE PLUG FOR A SUITABLE UK FUSED ONE AND STEER CLEAR OF COOLSHOP

Ordered an expensive gaming monitor. It arrived with the screen badly damaged. Not just a few pixels but half the screen broken. It didn’t look like the box was damaged so I believe it was sent out knowingly broken. Tried contacting customer services by email and as other reviewers I have got no response. I am £400 down........avoid this company

I have received my G920 steering wheel. Sadly however it has been supplied with a non UK 3 pin plug. Their offer was to send me a cheap travel adapter rather than a proper official power supply. extremely disappointed and now have to spend a further £20 to get one. It was not stated on their UK website. Sending products from Denmark to the UK knowing its not going to work out of the box is simply poor service. And that they are not willing to put it right is a disgrace. Needless to say I will not purchase from them again. Definitely buy else where.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a PS4 controller and paid £47. Received after 5 days and could not connect to PS4. Tried all troubleshooting solutions and still no luck. Eventually rang PlayStation Support who advised controller was faulty. Attempted to request return only to find out you can not actually talk to anyone as only live chat or email. Sent email requesting refund to receive no reply even after 4 emails. Tried live chat to just be told “ we can see you have emailed and a colleague is dealing with it and will email you” end of chat. Surprise surprise no email received. I am now in the process of filing complaint with Trading Standards. Only wish I’d seen reviews before purchase. Avoid this company at all cost.

I have paid and have not received my items. Chris on the chat is very rude and they did not provide me with a tracking number. I am very disappointed and have also contacted them on email but no response. Please do not buy from these cowboys. They also did not accept credit cards payment as they knew they would have issues getting their money. They are thieves and I hope people would not buy anything from them.

Avoid Avoid Avoid - this is not a UK based company, something that is not made clear when you try and purchase an item. They sent an electric scooter to us but it came with a European plug, meaning my daughter could not use it on Xmas day whilst we waited for an adaptor to be delivered. The scooter delivered a faulty shortly afterwards, so it was sent back. After waiting an eternity to receive a response, we were told that it had been ridden off road (which was not true) and that they would not be providing a refund, and would be sending back to us. Quite simply the worst purchase I have ever made online. Please learn from my miserable experience and shop elsewhere Nick

I bought an electrical item - when it arrived it was clearly not a brand new item (packaging was distressed and original manufacturer's seals had been replaced - so clearly a seconds or previously returned item from someone else) and it did not have a UK plug. This is not a UK based company - they do not comply with UK safety legislation and do not adhere to trading standards or other UK laws by the looks of it. When I returned the product it then took them 4 weeks to refund to my credit card following confirmed delivery back to them by royal mail. Terrible experience - if I were you I'd go elsewhere - I certainly will be.

this company has no customer care or whatsoever. I purchased a cream from Ren and unfortunately I got a rash from it. When I contacted them, they said that they cannot guarantee that their creams (not theirs but Ren's) suit everybody and that they could not do anything for me!!! Fortunately I contacted Ren, great customer service and willing to help
