Think they make listings look cheaper to draw you in and when i purchaced item never come and i was left in the lerch with it all to sort out and no help from customer services

LISTEN ALL, they dont sent out items and no emails picked up. therefore contact your credit card company and state that you have not ordered the item at all and they will refund you straight or as you bought it with a credit card they are obliged to get involved and refund you under the sale and goods act

Coolshop should have a 14-day right of return, but they don’t stick to it in real life. I sent the defective product back within 14 days, but Coolshop did not refund the money.

Bad online shops has one thing in common - blind arrogance. Coolshop is a good example of this. It sells the broken device, messes up the return mail, but still continues to make claims about what the customer should do to resolve the issue. Is that customer service? Is it normal behavior in any situation? Taking responsibility and taking the customer's interests into account is not part of Coolshop's business. Choose a better place to shop! The world is full of online shopping. Among them, there are responsible professionals.

The Coolshop online store sold me a Beurer sphygmomanometer, which turned out to be completely rubbish - it didn’t work at all. I got to read the multi-page instructions on how to send the scrap back. I followed the instructions and waited for many weeks for a refund (the second option was to switch the device to another similar one - No Thanks!). Eventually, I was sent a receipt for the refund, but the money itself was still not refunded. Instead, I heard that the package would be sent back to me and I would have to do the whole refund procedure again. The reason why the device was sent back, no one could explain. So we are at a dead end. I will not accept the scrap again and no refund will be made if the scrap is not returned (who guarantees that the scrap will be sent to me a third time - no one!). Coolshop boasts that they have a free return, but the system clearly does not work and the customer's interests mean nothing to this online store. Be wise and choose a more reliable place to buy. There’s nothing cool, fun, or easy about this store!

They have taken my money not sent the item and won't refund my money. I have had to get my bank to open a fraud dispute against them. Bank has told me they have had many customers in same situation. This company is a con do not buy

Do not use this company. I never received my package. They send a "tracking number" of my package to pay pal when I ask for my money back. The USPS send me a photo of the package corresponding to the tracking number. The package was sent to a different person, and a different address: I lost my money, neither Pay Pal nor Coolshop refund my money. This package is is supposed to contain a pool, 4 ft deep.

They knew the electric item was getting delivered to the UK could have told me the plug was European. Also the delivery dates were slow.

I am still waiting for my package. I ordered it on 15 June. DHL informed me that they sent it back to Coolshop because Coolshop had given an incomplete address without the street number (The confirmation of my order had the correct address in though). Coolshop claims that DHL said our name was not written on the door or that they did not have access to our building (which is not true as our names are on the door and I waited all Saturday for my package). According to DHL, they returned the package a week ago and that it is with Coolshop, but Coolshop said they would contact me when they receive it to resend it. I have never experienced such disappointing customer service before. Coolshop can't even tell me when I can expect my package more or less, even though I know it is sitting in their warehouse. They have offered to resend it to me "at no extra charge", as if they were doing me a big favor and if it was my fault. I feel like I have been scammed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They steal your money even if you returned your item. We are initiating a lawsuit against this thieving company in Denmark right now due to fraudulent activity. The customer service is a nightmare. I am baffled at the fact that this company is able to operate like that. Never expected to start a lawsuit. They claim that the item works after it was returned and therefore sent it back despite my request for a refund. And now This has been a time-consuming, daunting process. I was simply told by the incompetent reps that I would get a refund before long. I will update this on Trustpilot to provide further details. Right now, we are going to initiate a case / lawsuit. Coolshop is a thieving company. STAY AWAY!

I can only rate my experience of Coolshop, which I have to say was very good. I ordered a perfume by Zarkoperfume, which is expensive and was around £40 cheaper than the retail price. My nearest stockist is York, some 50 miles from where I live. It was easy to track my order, postage was free and Royal Mail delivered. All in all I am very pleased.

I read the reviews after I’d placed an order for some hair clippers that I’d been having trouble tracking down. I then worried that I’d made a wrong choice, but they were great! Clippers arrived from Denmark via Holland, but within less than a week. They were cheaper than other stockists (not that anyone else had them in stock) and had free postage. Only snag is that they come with a European plug which wasn’t mentioned anywhere

Do not use this company. I too ordered a pressure washer and it came with a European plug fitted. When I contacted them they just offered a free adapter. When I contacted the manufacturer they do not recommend using the product with an EU plug. The customer service is terrible as it takes them ages to reply to emails and returns take too long. I am still waiting for a refund after 3 weeks as the return goes to a uk address and is then sent to Denmark before they will refund your money.

Not even worth the 1 star ! , mum ordered a wooden hair dressing set off this company and it has been 4 months now and still hasn’t received her item ! Then when my mum chased them up about it they say how do we know you haven’t received it then blocked her ! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Definitely AVOID this company just here to take your money !

I ordered a Bosch garden shredder (not cheap!) from Coolshop U.K. THEY ARE NOT BASED IN THE UK!! Shredder arrived without a power cable! Hence it is inoperable! I checked with Bosch U.K. and they told me I have been sent a Continental version! Useless to use in the U.K. PLEASE....DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. They don’t answer emails. Online chat service you get cut off. There is no phone number to call. Absolute shambles!
