I have an international vendor who only uses DHL. Without exception, every single delivery has been problematic. Delivery attempts to my business made at 10:00pm, a package delivered to a Target Superstore in ANOTHER CITY, and today notification that they attempted delivery but I was closed, but I wasn't, my shop was open a the time I received the email. Customer service is never any help. I'd choose a carrier pigeon over DHL.

Argentina, where as a Black person, I have been dealing with a lot of hate and fighting cybercrime since I arrived in the country as a student and now as an online worker who basically lives online. I am being spied on 24/7. I decided to purchase a privacy screen protector for my computer to see if I could have a little bit of privacy. This item is critical for me and could have served as the perfect tool to block this nefarious organization that is almost everywhere in Argentina. Now, the DHL carriers, as Argentinians, know what this package represents. It's been almost two weeks, and they never brought the package. They said that they tried to deliver the package twice and no one was home, so they could not leave it. I work and live at home, which means I am there 24/7 since I cannot go practically anywhere because of the amount of menace I am receiving from the Argentinian people. If you see this post, do some research about the culture of this country and how racist they are. This organization is stealing people's personal information online. It's really bad and sad that I have to come to this to post a hateful and ugly message like this, but believe me, I am not making things up. Do some research about these people and what is currently happening in this country.

Every time a package is sent through DHL. It takes forever. From the first time it was used 18 yrs ago.till now. I feel that this is a company that doesn't value clients. I work for USPS. And yes we have our issues. But damn

DHL has to be the worst shipping company in the US. I've been waiting on them just to ship an order for a week. DHL is literally the worst thing to happen to shipping since ice. I would give zero stars if I could.

Package is not delivered, supposedly because we are not at home or the address cannot be located, while you are waiting for a whole day. A worthless and unreliable company!

DRIVER LIAR, Customer service gave false assurances too. I missed work because of this company. I cant wait to file a case against this company.They must pay me for what I lost today- I missed work because of your false assurances (2 customer services)and pay me for the STRESS they just let me felt (thousands not even enough). I trusted this company with my package- THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER-

Total disgrace, particularly SWINDON depot. Failed to deliver wine for wedding reception despite 15 weeks notice. Had to collect it myself. Have sent complaints on online form and by post to head office. Eeeks later no response. They just don’t care. Would love to leave review on their own site but can’t find out how to.

The pactage was delayed. When I called and spoke with the first person I could understand them. I stated this and she referred me to the website then hung up on me. I get things can be delayed but please speak English and never ever hang up on a customer

I recently used DHL to send a package from Canada to Brazil and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I contacted DHL to inquire about the duties and fees for the delivery, but they couldn't provide me with a clear answer. Despite this uncertainty, I decided to go ahead and send the package, which cost me 500 CAD for almost 6 lbs (super expensive). I declare the content of the package as 50 CAD, as it was nothing expensive, but very useful to the receiver. To their credit, the package arrived in Brazil quickly. However, the issues began when I tried to pay the duties and fees owed by the receiver. Accessing the website to make the payment turned out to be an impossible task. The site redirected me to bot chats that provided incorrect phone numbers and irrelevant information. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I couldn't find anyone who could actually help me. After trying many channels and different phone numbers, I was able to download an app where I could chat with someone who tried to help me and I discovered that in order to pay the duties and taxes, a business account with DHL is required. As a regular customer without a business account, this made the process even more frustrating. If DHL had initially provided me clear information about the duties and fees, I would not have sent the package. Now I cannot pay the duties and taxes of the package I sent as a gift, and the receiver is waiting to receive the package, but they can only receive it if they pay the duties and taxes, which are super expensive in their currency. I was willing to pay, but the DHL system do not allow me to pay, as I don't have a business account, and they couldn't provide me this information before I start this process with them. Overall, while the delivery speed was impressive, the lack of clear communication regarding duties and the frustrating experience with their website and customer service left me deeply disappointed. If you are not a company, do not use DHL to send packages. I hope DHL addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

NEVER USE DHL! They are sceevy and disgusting business that will allow customs to hold onto your package for WEEKS then make YOU pay for storing it. DISGUSTING AND DISPLICABLE. I HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES UNDER AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO OWN IT BLOW THEIR BRAINS OUT.

They committed to make an express delivery, charging accordingly, but delivered 47 hours after the stated delivery time. Crappy job, expensive and clearly unreliable. Will not work with them ever again.

The worst customer experience I've ever experienced. They can't give you an answer to simple queries, they are all trained to give you a set answer, like robots without a brain. Whether you contact them via email or phone, same unhelpful behaviour. The worst, would no recommend to anyone.

BEWARE: Purchased a $226.23 seat for a Honda Monkey and the foam used in the seat was HARD AS A BRICK, uncomfortable! The overseas seller gives FREE Shipping WORLDWIDE through DHL Shipping. I 9An American) went to DHL to do a return ship and they wanted over $400 to ship it back!!! How can DHL provide WORLDIDE FREE Shipping for the rich corporations yet wants to ream our rear ends out to send it back? Where are the cheap prices DHL gives to them but not Americans? That's highway robbery.

Worst company ever. They have my package and just refuse to deliver it, claiming that they don’t know how to use an intercom. The instructions are even on my intercom on how to search by last name and they still can’t figure it out. They literally stole my package and are deciding to keep it.

I would put 0 or negative stars if I could. I ordered from shein website. The delivery service came through DHL. Long story short. I never got my package. The day they said they delivered it I was home and was excited because it was a few days early. But they never delivered it and I never got it. I talked to the site I bought it from said Their was nothing they can do to contact DHL. N dhl told me their was nothing they can do because it says delivered so it was delivered to talk to the shipper. Lost out on a couple hundred from shein and dhl. It's ridiculous that this is allowed. I really think they stole it, sent somewhere else or lost it. Idk bt they don't care. Sucks. N now I see the reviews. Just wow.

DHL has terrible customer service. You can't get anywhere on the automated system. I finally just got transferred to the billing department even though I didn't have a billing issue, just to talk to a live person. Our package got returned to sender even though we emailed to requested documents before the dead line on the email received. So we tried to send it again. Now it has happened again. Now it's a 24 hour deadline. There is NO automatic email response letting you know that your email with requested documents has been received. So, when you try to call DHL to see if documents have been received. I was told that they will email you back once received. That was NO HELP. :( WELL... lets hope it's before THEIR 24 hour Deadline... THE WORST... I will be asking our customer to start using a different Carrier. DHL is Terrible!!!

Abysmal delivery company. Every time I order a £1000+ phone, for some reason it's shipped with DHL. Worst news ever. First issue: I live in a cul-de-sac street, I can see if a van is coming to my house from a quarter of a mile away. I get a message "We tried to delivery your parcel, but there was nobody home", yet there has been no delivery attempt, no van, nobody. Two days in a row and I was home both times. This also happens for a second year in a row when I order a new phone. Second issue: They give you a tracking number, but the tracking only tells you "your parcel is out for delivery by end of today" and that's it. No slots, no driver tracking, this was a thing 10 years ago. Wake up DHL. Retailers, please avoid using DHL!!
