After saying they attempted to deliver my package when in fact they did not, the following day they delivered my DHL package to an AMAZON locker without my permission. I have no access to the locker. When I asked a DHL representative for a code to access my package I paid for, I was told I would have to speak with the company from whom I ordered. Huh? This makes no sense. And their online automated chat feature is an endless maze. I will try to avoid using them ever again

Terrible. Terrible. They said they would deliver my package Friday, and then Saturday... nothing. Said loaded onto van, then returning to warehouse. No call, or anything. Useless. CS ... Useless. Cant find anything, no like whatsapp chat.. Would never use these

DHL is the worst! They say there was no one home when they tried to deliver package twice when I was home waiting for the package! And the website is even worse. It never provided the correct information. The customer service rep have no clue what's happening and provides the wrong information. I was told I need to pay $125.00 for the package to be received. I am not sure how this company survives. This will be the last time I will be using this company.

Unvelievably bad service. They messed up the address 4 times even when I was on the phone verbally correcting them. It took forever to get the problem fixed and the package is still not here.

Worst company they should be sued for misplacing the parcels and lying all the time people put so much money time and energy to send out parcels and the people love to take things for granted

Package was supposed to be delivered by 12/23, now they tell me 12/30. Asked customer service for help and they couldn't find anything or give me an update. If you need a reliable company order from a company that uses UPS, they are always ontime or early, my mistake for using DHL. BAD business practice.

I read other peoples reviews and its like I am talking to myself. If there is more than one package coming from the same shipper the tracking does not work. You will receive multiple location notifications saying you package is in 2 different locations at the same time. You can track each box with its own tracking number but that does not work either. Try to contact a human at DHL and the AI gives you the finger.

Be extremely cautious when using DHL for parcel shipments. Hidden in their terms and conditions is essentially their right to lose your parcel without providing a clear explanation and offering minimal compensation. It's baffling how a company can handle a £1000 package in a bright yellow 20kg box, then misplace it with no trace. The only 'proof' of delivery is an obscure name typed out, with no explanation of where the parcel actually went.

one star is also very good for a bad company DHL - DHL has stolen my goods - please advise how I can file a court case against DHL. They have made me pay and after that stolen my goods.

DHL is an amazing company. Doing a lot of things. Just failed in one task, delivering the packages. Waiting 20 days to deliver the package from warehouse (same city) to the parcel locker, 6km far from warehouse

Worst ever courier service. Does not keep to their promise. My courier is being held in customs overseas, but no reason is given to me. They promised an estimate delivery date. After paying and booking it the email comes with the next day estimated delivery date. Ok understand sometimes it happens. The day arrived and now they say it will take another 3 days. PATHETIC, UNRELIABLE, service.

The worst courier service ever. They expect you to sign a waiver if package is lost or damaged. Package is not delivered to address. The package is sent to USPS for delivery.

I truly wish the best for the dedicated employees of DHL, but best on their quality of service they should be out of business. If they go belly up, some consumers will have a little better peace of mind about shipping! Life is stressful as is and we don’t more of agonies from a useless company like DHL. What a shame! You have a better chance of winning lottery than getting an honest answer from them!?!?!

Worst service I’ve ever had. Drivers lied 3 different times about delivering. Said they had turned up but couldn’t gain access so had to reschedule which was a lie every single time as I was at home with the door unlocked waiting for them. What makes this even better is that you can’t even speak to a human to resolve your issue so your sat there waiting for nothing. If you have the option stay far away from this terrible service run by absolute empty heads

These people are totally unprofessional, they lose your parcel and there's no way to contact them because there is no telephone number in their website. And if you manage to find a telephone number on other site, you call them and all you get is a robotic voice telling you that your parcel was already delivered, goodbye. This is outrageous, I didn't sign anything, so therefore I haven't received yet, you thieves! And the online forms for lost parcel are a joke, they basically blame you and give you all the responsibility for losing the parcel.

DHL have managed to not deliver my parcel to my nominated pick up point despite it only being two miles away from the depot. They have notified me four times that the parcel is out for delivery and four times I have later in the day had a notification that it is back at the depot and will try again tomorrow

If I could rate them less that one star I would. They have the worst customer service imaginable that is not helpful for even the most basic enquiries. They damaged a package I shipped, completely ignoring the obvious handle with care sign on the box, placing very heavy objects on it and refusing to take responsibility for the damage caused to it's contents. The cost of their service is not cheap and for that reason I am extremely insulted by the the lack of care and lack of humility in the way they handled my situation. They as a company has gotten too big for it's britches and is taking advantage of that fact. I will not be using their services ever again. After years of consistently using their services, to this disgraceful experience, they are not worth anything more than a poor rating. You are better off using absolutely any other delivery services.

After waiting a week and dhl saying they tried to deliver four times (they did not come here once) I have had to contact the seller to ask them to get the item back and to resend it with a reputable company.

They put enough blocks before delivering the packet. In this process, they charged me 13 days of demurrage fees. Very bad customer care. They were not helpful at all to me, the customer. One star is too much actually.
