This company is terrible to deal with.. I will always specify whenever I order something to NEVER USE DHL SCAM COMPANY. They lie, give you the run around, brutal customer service! Just don’t use.

Paid DHL to collect parcel to return to a supplier. 3 days in a row they did not turn up to collect. Waited in 3 days. This company is a disgrace and are not to be trusted. Now I can’t even get my money back as customer service is not available.

Every time I pay for express shipping.. it takes an extra 5 days more than it should. If I order on a Tuesday night.. for express 2-3 day shipping it shouldn’t take until next Tuesday to get here. What’s the point of paying the fee? Always issues with delivery and my package arriving when it says it will.. Customer service is a joke.. the least helpful people you’ll meet.

This Company is the Pits i dread anything being sent to me by DHS Please avoid at all costs and ask your sender to use UPS who are always spot on and have tracking that works.

Absolutely a disgrace, terrible service, waste of tracking card, telephone service that hung up on you. Still waiting for my parcel 2 weeks on. Why compagnies uses them? Cheap so you get rubbish Sercice.

DHL is the worst delivery company ever! I was notified that my package was delivered, and either in or around my mailbox. I went to get my package 15 minutes after receiving the text and nothing was there. I never received my package, I’ve been trying to contact customer service and I am never able to reach anyone. The worst part is, is that this isn’t the first time that this has happened to me with this company. It sucks, I waited over a week for my package and never received anything.

Second round of trying to get my purchase from overseas. When it gets to the United States, it gets shipped back and forth from Missouri to Texas multiple times before it finally gets to Omaha. This was a waste of four days. Been waiting for over two weeks to get something.

Shipped item overseas valued at $2750. Returned to me stating I didn’t provide EIN number. Stated they tried to contact me 5 times. Total lie. Out $302 in shipping

Dhl slowest company ....i do not recommend this company , my mom's passport from baghdad to sulaymaniyah city did not received yet while they say take 5 days ....however the distance between this two city inside iraq only 4 hours by taxi....so 0/10.

I've encountered significant issues with DHL Portugal's customs services, which have left me incredibly frustrated. As a global company, I had higher expectations for DHL's services. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I will never use their services again. The main issue arose when I attempted to pay a simple invoice. Despite my repeated requests, I struggled to obtain the necessary payment link. Some representatives claimed they were still waiting for the invoice, despite it being sent to me two days prior. When I clarified that I had received the invoice and only needed the payment link, I was told that the financial department would send it to me. However, despite waiting for over 48 hours, I never received the email. This lack of communication and efficiency has left me feeling helpless. I'm now faced with the prospect of having to pay additional fees to have my parcel sent to a different country, as I am no longer in Portugal. I'm deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by DHL Portugal. If there is any way to contact someone who can provide the correct information and resolve this issue promptly, I would greatly appreciate it.

Dont ever if you have a sound mind, use these absolute idiots. They are a disgrace. They have no communication skills, they damage your parcels, promise you delivery times and dates then dont turn up. How these Jokers are still in business is beyond me, and if you take a look at their reviews you can see for yourselves. Avoid at all costs these muppets.

Instructionby customer service was not clear, mentioned the courier will go in 2days time, but shipment was hold for 3 days, no notification no calls no reason. after multiple follow up, different views and different answers in 2 days time called more than 10 times, no one can help. we choose DHL for the service and known as premium service paying 5times cost more than other courier companies and delivering after 7days, Due to non delivery of this document cancellation of registration, appointments, time and costs. Customer service need to improve and should have the record when customer speaks, Customer service is responsible and update the status. Every shipment is not urgent, when we sending on high priority means its high priority CS team should understand this. Waste of time, paying huge cost. end up with blood pressure and health risk.
