I returned a jumper for an exchange to a size smaller. It never arrived and I never received a refund. I phoned Damart (which was an expensive process in itself) who claimed Hermes must have lost it. I made a formal complaint to Damart and have never heard back. If I had the time, I would take them to a small claims court. Don’t use them. Disgraceful customer service

I ordered two dressing gowns from your catalogue for my Mum. A calf length dressing gown was illustrated, but when they arrived they were full length and no use for her as she is short. I returned the dressing gowns, and re ordered in calf length. Both were too small, although the full length dressing gown had fitted nicely. I finally ordered the next size up, which was like a tent on her. I think your quality control is shockingly poor. I have paid out three lots of postage and have nothing to shoe for it. Wouldn’t recommend you, and won’t be using you again.

Unavailable items still on display. In stock items upon purchase gets cancelled because of unavailability. Don’t they update their website, stock and pages? Clothing is not true to size. Order one size bigger to what you usually wear. Unless items are on sale the prices aren’t exactly great, given the quality of the fabrics.

My order was dealt very quickly and efficiently and was pleased to receive delivery. I like the shoes have worn Cushion Walk had a pair Last Summer very comfortable and look nice easy to clean.

I have been a satisfied customer with Damart for years, no problem with ordering, and money goes out of my account straight away, BUT, the returns system is rubbish, it takes 2 weeks to get the money back. Perhaps your finance dept should look into this . and get some tips from Amazon who are spot on with there returns policy., and their refunds are returned within a day, and not having to spend on a very expensive call to you to check whether you have received the goods. which incidentally were returned to you on 3/3 /22 and no confirmation as yet .Perhaps you could look into a free order line as not everyone can order on line;I am lucky as an 89yr old , to have someone to help me, but when ordering I like to speak to a human. Disappointed with two jumpers. Although sizes were spot on and reasonable quality, the colours were dull as dishwasher. In the advert they were beautiful bright pastel shades, but in reality nothing like it. I wouldn't recommend as I feel the photos in the supplement from which I ordered were misleading as they were clearly photoshopped for effect.

Was asked to order a jumper that was advertised in todays daily Mail at £11.99, found item on website for £27.99 and added to basket then entered supplied code which game me free postage not the discount I expected, read the small print and discovered that price was only valid until 01/01/22 it is in todays paper the 15/01/22 and it also stated that prices may have increased, so then they make it look like you can send the coupon included on the page and get the discount, no option to send a cheque or any other type of payment though, why? so they can open a credit account in your name and charge you full price anyway, this company is nothing but a bunch of con artists and the sooner its closed down the better.

I bought trousers with front pockets as required and as described and shown in picture online - but when they arrived the front pocket didnt exist - it was a false pocket line only. When I tried to get through to them to arrange a return I couldnt get through as it is a premium rate number and my phone has a zero cap on it. So I rang a number I found on the website which wasnt premium rate and the person was loath to take my call- her answer was that I should re negotiate my phone contract so I could ring their premium rate number!!!! I held my ground and eventually she agreed to arrange the collection. I buy a lot online and have never had this problem before - I think Damart needs to pull itself into the 21st Century - people dont use these numbers anymore for customer services because they are a rip off as I had waited some time for the call to be answered and its immoral to be charging the customer for the company not having enough staff to answer their calls. I havent bought from Damart since but then saw an advert for some fleece trousers ideal for working from home - and not too bothered if they are a bit big or long so unlikely to need to go through the fiasco of returning them. BUT when I clicked on my size and the length which it said was available, it suddenly became unavailable and this happened a number of times trying different colours and leg lengths. What a waste of time.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. The order went fine but through a fault with Dalmart it was delivered to the wrong address. The lady had a Dalmart account and returned it. I contacted Dalmart over the phone initially and all seemed to be sorted; but it never was. Order was made in early November 2021 and as of now (mid December 2021) I have had no reply from 5 emails. I will be taking this non-existent customer service to an ombudsman as I am still owed money. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY. You have been warned.

I made my first order a few days ago. The order confirmation sent shows the the wrong size. I have tried phoning on premium rate numbers for around a total of about 30 mins between four calls and get no answer. I even tried head office who transferred me and still no answer. I have also sent 6 emails now and had no answer as of today. I am trying simply to have the correct size sent to me so that I do not have to send it back at my own expense. What was a sale purchase will now turn out to be a much higher price with the premium rate charges and possibly return added to it. Very disappointed in service.

We ordered a pack of two night dresses to be sent to a friend in a nursing home which is 38 miles from where we live. The order confirmation from Damart on 3rd December gave the address of the nursing home as the delivery address. On 7th December I received despatch confirmation from Damart which said the items were 1 x PK2 NIGHTDRESS Opal Ass M but the delivery address was shown as our home address! I rang Damart immediately but they said they couldn't do anything as it had been despatched. The lady I spoke with was very apologetic and did say we could reject the parcel, but as it was Christmas we were concerned items may go out of stock so decided we would arrange to post it on ourselves. The parcel arrived on 8th December and on opening contained a 2 pack of pull on trousers!! When I rang to speak with a representative of Damart initially the phone connection was lost and they did not ring back and on ringing again after explaining in detail that the incorrect delivery address and the incorrect items were a result of errors made by Damart I was informed that the items would be collected free of charge but they could not redeliver to the nursing home only to our address or I would have to cancel the order, they would refund the money and I would have to reorder the item to the nursing home address, no doubt having to pay a delivery charge again! Whilst I sympathise with the staff on the receiving end of the calls I find the company and its policies totally incompetent and have no faith in their service. When I asked to speak to a manger I was told that wasn't possible but someone would ring me back within 24 hours!

The sizing is accurate and perfect for me, but I am only 5' tall so if you are taller than me (and most ladies are :)) you may need to be aware of this. From my own point of view though Damart is a winner!

SIZES Lovely quality in general.However l would be able to order more goods if the sizing of garments was one size as opposed to varying between two size ranges.I am a size 8 or 10 and most items are 10/12, 12/14 etcI wonder if other interested customers feel the same way?

I ordered electric blanket size 137×198 but received size 65×137. When I complained about it to castomer service with all photo evidence they still tried to tell me that I got a right size. So disappointed, bad castomer service they don't pay attention.

The clothes that I have continually bought from Damart or Innovations/Fashion have been extraordinary. They always fit beautifully and are of good quality. The business is honest and reliable in every way, punctual as well and one day my order went missing, no trouble to Damart they immediately replaced the goods. I am always impressed, far better than some of the other companies online so thank you for keeping yourselves honest.

Size 10x27" straight leg trousers are shapeless, more like size 12/14 and very wide legged, Material is no way dressy, more like material that would be used for joggers. I gave them to my sister, the knees and bum went baggy within an hour of her wearing them. Had to give 1 star as no option for no stars. First and last time I'll use this company.

This company needs taken to task , they advertise that if you spend £25 or more you will get a £10 discount and you will be sent a free Rodier watch as a gift. I was told that they would not give me the discount and a free gift. But when I asked for the free gift i was told that I can only have one or the other. This is false advertising. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THE CUSTOMER CARE IS TERRIBLE. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM 1*

Why are the gifts sent to induce people to buy not usually the one that was expected, but a mere substitute. I was sent a watch, that doesn't work, instead of a radio. Also, actual catalogue articles are sometimes not the ones ordered, eg the wrong tog in a duvet, wrong colour or design in clothes. Who has got the energy to repack and send back, explain etc when this happens?

First up we are returning customers where in the past the service has been great but here's the issue now. First up my daughter ordered a catalogue and future issues for my elderly mother on 21st April, five working days, 5th May, 9 working (11 Royal Mail) working days later no show. Tried booking online but website doesn't give other than three size options which are actually length versions. Tried ring phone number in TV guide, it's unavailable. Having worked for Hermes that's another red flag signalled up. Customer reviews on here don't look good either, so what's gone wrong? So many red flags I'm mindful to not place the order for her.

Very unhappy with so called free gift sent to me as an alternative to original gift now out of stock They are producing leaflets of so called free gift as an inducement to place an order and pay for 0871 calls The free gift was a pair of pyjamas and I have been sent 2 dot to dot books Do Damart think these books are an alternative to ladies pyjamas when they are still lots of similar pyjamas being advertised in their catalogue. They must think you are stupid to accept this alternative . In fact I do not believe there ever were any pyjamas to be offered as free gift This is an insult and a I have just been on phone for quite a while at my expense 13p per minute to tell Damart so I have been promised a free collection of my order which I am now sending back unopened because I am so angry with these unwanted books If the goods are not collected I will not return them at my expense and they can try take me to court to
