“This used to be a good Company but alas lately it has dropped off considerably! - there is no communication, from when you order to when you ( finally) receive your goods, and also the tracking is non existent, and the delivery now takes twice as long as it used too. The tracking only updates itself on the morning that it`s delivered! Other Companies deliver their orders within two to three days (and sometimes even next day!) so come on Deramores ! what`s happening?”

“I had occasion to telephone Deramores this morning and I found myself speaking to an agent in the Call Centre in India. Firstly, I had to spell my name three times; it's not a difficult name. Then I had to rephrase my simple request several times in order for the agent to understand it. Finally, I was promised a call back with the answer. On the plus side, I waited just a few minutes for that. On the minus side, I then had to provide information for the agent to verify it was me to whom she was speaking. My request? What is the validity of a Deramores point voucher. Hardly confidential information!!! Rest assured I shall not be dealing with Deramores again.”

I now have the choice of spending even more money to return order and incurring cost of post / packaging and price of recorded delivery with little confidence now that I will be refunded. “I am just appalled as to what this company has become. I had ordered needles and yarn on October 13. It is now almost a month later and the needles have not arrived. (I had the yarn order cancelled last weekend as it was obvious it would never come). I emailed Friday to have my needle order cancelled but have received no confirmation. I will be contacting my credit card provider tomorrow to ask them to refund my account. Based on what has happened I don't think that I will ever purchase from you folks again. Sad as I had always received good service in the past. What has gone so wrong with your company and its attitude?”
“I placed my first order with this company last week. I will not be placing another! The company GUARANTEES delivery within 2 days which I why I ordered with them and not my usual yarn supplier. I needed the yarn urgently for an order I was knitting. ONE item from my order arrived in 2 days but the rest did not. Three days later and no reply from the company to my email. It seems that once they have your money they are no longer interested. Avoid!”
