I placed my first order with Freemans on 10th November. The delivery was due between 12th and 14th November. The item was despatched on 11th November however the delivery hasn't been attempted in 13 days! Freemans are still refusing to refund me for the order and have said that I need to wait another 5 days before I can request a refund, even though it is clear that they do not know where my item is. I will never place an order with Freemans again. I managed to get through to customer service (to be told that they won't refund me) but it took multiple attempts as after going through the phone options, they just hang up on you when you first get through.

Very bad online shopping website. I placed my order 3 weeks ago but still waiting.Ridiculous customer service sometimes they hang up calls or they say we investigate and let you know but they never come back .never buy from them again. Avoid

I Closed my account months ago after receiving a letter claiming I was behind in payments which I was NOT, and this week they’ve put a default on my credit file for missed payment. Customer services are USELESS, shocking company I will be taking this further!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Very poor service. Ordered a fridge freezer and a washing machine order number 332352. Ringing all Last week to make sure order will be delivered on Thursday. Ring supplier on Thursday to find out that the fridge freezer is out of stock. Considering I was waiting over a week for it. Now I have another order a wash machine that I was told that it will be delivered Monday. And I received a email a 5.00 in the afternoon staying the washing machine is out of stock. Now why didn't know one till me this when I first ordered the items?Considering the supplier rung me up to arrange delivery! No communication with there suppliers. I had head office ring me last week about the fridge freezer. With just excuses. Poor service avoid. Unless your not in a rush for the items!

Next day delivery a joke won’t be delivered for over a week total mess needed for holiday so won’t be here if they do arrive appalling avoid

Delivery is none existed. They have change Delivery 3 times now I have been told won't receive them until 11 October but I will be on holiday then so they will be returned

Enticed by low prices on the Facebook pages ads that keep popping up, I ordered 2 items in August. I've spoken to goodness knows what country (line was SO bad) as I wanted them for a holiday this weekend. On the account it has said "processing" for over 2 weeks. I'm obviously not going to get them, but will I get the refund?? Reading all these reviews, I doubt it. Never again.

Ordered 3 dresses that I liked the look of online.When they arrived two of them were awful quality,badly stitched & didnt fit well either. The third item wasn't the dress I'd ordered. It was a woolly jumper which I sent back with the dresses for a full refund .I was given a refund with no problems.

Avoid this company like the plague for their unscrupulous behaviour June19 ordered and paid for item to be delivered next day No message no delivery I am disabled and unable to go to a shop. I needed the item for a journey this evening Jun21 0830 spoke to customer services. Person was very helpful Burt result was awful. I could not cancel until the company had made three attempts to deliver. This is gross buying and harassment to force me to spend money on a now unnecessary item. company happy To take advantage of my vulnerability, and indeed risk my house security by sending a delivery which cannot be received

Was buying a dress for my wife by chi chi £132 cross checked with official chi chi website bought for £64 freeman’s the benchmark for value since the 80s stealing of working class people On a budget

Don't bother awful company , they cant get information right orders being processed and when you contact advisor they stated it was processed ,even though on your account says different ,products not like the pictures online ,total rubbish,

Extremely poor level of customer service. I purchased an item on 09th of March and paid £4.50 for next day delivery. I called them up on 10th of March at 5 pm to enquire about the parcel and I was then told that I will receive the parcel of Sunday 13th of March. This is very disgraceful and appalling. What an awful company!!!

I purchased the NANCY SORRELL collection waterproof mascara in black. I am so impressed with this as it such good quality. I did one layer of mascara, left it for 30 seconds then applied the second layer. My eyelashes looked false. I will continue to buy this. Its so easy to remove and doesn't run. Love it. The delivery was so quick, arrived in 2 days.

I ordered a pair of boots a week before Christmas; the order was processed and then 'went missing' on the way to the courier. I contacted the company several times about this and found the customer service atrocious. I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs. I'm still awaiting a refund.

I ordered a dress on the 24th Nov. Useless hermes kept changing the delivery date. Then from the 29th of Nov the same message kept coming up. IN TRANSIT. I got sick of this message. So i complained several times. Freemans looked into it & it was obvious useless hermes had lost it. (Or stolen it. Maybe it was a crossdressing courier!) So freemans offered me a refund. OR to reorder it. I noticed the price had gone up from £33 to £48. I said i hope i won’t be charged the higher rate. I wasn’t. So it was reordered on the 6th Dec. I received an email saying it would be with me on the 11th. Then emailed again. The 13th. Then this morning, they’re saying the 16th. DISGUSTING. Tried to get my money back. Can’t have to wait for it to be delivered??? Then send it back. Awful. The adviser said SORRY FOR THE HASSLE. I said your company’s giving me MORE HASSLE HAVING TO SEND IT BACK. Not what i expected from a well established company. NEVER AGAIN!!!

would never never order again with freemans total rubbish at getting your order to you on time phoned and complained to customer services did not seem to bothered about complaint freemans are quick enough to take your order and money but are not helpful at all on your order coming to you on time i have put how rubbish freemans are on face book and will also be telling people not to bother with this company have also taped my telephone conversations with them for legal reasons

Shocking service. I received a breville that was smashed when I opened it. I telephoned Freeman’s to arranged collection, no one turned up to collect when they said it was going to be picked up. I am still waiting for them to collect this item. Customer service don’t listen to anything you say & Freemans don’t check any items they send out. Absolutely rubbish service & goods are not an acceptable standard.

I ordered some jumpers which on the photo looked lovely but they were cheap and very thin almost transparent and the material was awful
