“BUYER BEWARE !!! I was informed by customer services pictures on website are illustrations only, not what you get when I complained about the 10 red mini std meillandina roses I received. They had weak small heads with flowers the size of my thumbnail.
Elsewhere on their web site they show 5 hedging bushes in full bloom looking a picture, this cannot be replicated as the varieties shown all flower at different times.
All complaints get a standard reply ‘give them a chance to grow’ their refund policy is a joke as they lose control of the plants as soon as they are despatched so are they going to refund, replace plants that have died having done as asked and waited to see if they will survive ? I don’t think so.”
“I bought two rose trees from this company one was dead the other a little straggly thing i planted it but i think it will die they put nice photos on there web site of nice roses don't be taken in by this when you get them they are nothing like the photo my advice is stay well away from this company if you want good roses go to your local garden centre at least you know what you are getting”

Vine arrived half dead, emailed to ask for a refund, as it was for a gift, got very ignorant and patronising emails back...I can send the items back to them at twice the cost 🙄 And buy another present for my friend. The customer service rep had no idea what he was talking about and he kept saying the plants look like they will recover... yet he couldn't tell me which plants he was referring to as he didn't know the names of them. Do not use this company!!”

“Please do not use this company, BE CAREFUL especially for standard trees. I just bought a standard tree and arrived almost dead only right stem alive, I am an experienced gardener, but I have no idea how to grow it as a standard tree in 5 years! I thought my consumer rights will be protected but no one seems can help. Standard tree priced much higher than the normal one, but if you shop with them, you can only expect an alive something. “Like many of the other reviewers, the plants arrived in a very poor state - not helped at all by the fact that the DPD driver left them on my doorstep with the box on it's end - no protective packaging - the lavender plants that were described as '2L' were tiny plants in 0.5L pots and were so squashed they clearly aren't going to survive. I also ordered a gardenia - which wasn't cheap - it was out of its (very squashed) pot and damaged. I have made a complaint but have yet to hear from them. Don't waste your money - buy from a reputable supplier or - now they're reopening, your local garden centre.”
“Ordered my plants from this company as there were some good reviews. They arrived in such bad shape. They were squashed and in Ill health. Just shoved in a box.
The roots I received were squashed at the bottom of bags of compost! They went against every single guarantee on their website. Emailed them pictures of the condition of these plants together with a strongly worded complaint. The reply I received was absolutely disgraceful, no apology, just plant the plants and go for it. They won't survive being planted. So another complaint was issued. Until this useless company provide me with a proper resolution, they will receive a complaint email everyday”
“Hello,
I would like to give no stars if at all possible. My order arrived 11 days later, the majority of plants turned out to be roots instead of actual plants (even though this wasn't advertised on the website), the 2 only actual plants arrived dead and squashed up and the little lemon tree had 3 branches broken.
When I approached the company explaining why I was so dissatisfied I was ignored after a reply that suggested they refunded me just the 2 dead plants and the lemon tree ... as I was not happy with the entire order I suggested sending it back and getting a total refund. Since than they have not bothered reply at all... their free number is out of service due to Covid-19 and I'm out of pocket by 90€ and no good plants for my garden...
Such a disgrace.. please do not buy from them. Completely appalling customer service. I will email every day until I get my money back and as soon as the number is active again I shall make sure I call each and every single day.
Also, very clever move, there is no way of leaving a reply on their website.. therefore I assume all the good reviews they have are fake and only put there to allure people buying in good faith. Shame on you!!!”

Ordered plants on two day delivery (which I paid extra for!) for a special occasion but they did not arrive in time. Then they were left on my doorstep by the courier with NO signature a week later and Gardens4you would not accept a return. I ended up buying new plants for the special occasion. Then To add insult to injury when I opened plants one of the plants it was broken and Gardens4you wanted ME to pay for the return!!!!
WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!!! Appalling customer service!! A rip off!!!”
