I haven’t received my order, they have falsely advertised a product stating it would be sent within two days, I have requested a refund as they cannot fulfil there side of the order and I have not received one- or the product! I do wish i’d read these reviews before I ordered. I will take this further and I will keep going until I get my money back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE COMPLETE TRICKSTERS! Stay AWAY... “They take you money and do not deliver your item. They think they are tricking consumers with their "feedback" from their automated bots. Avoid this company, they scam you out of money and do not delivery anything. Their website is full of false claims like the number of days that it take to deliver your item and that tracked shipping tracks your parcel- complete lie. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!”
“Do not buy from this company. Ordered a lot of items over £500 in total in different sizes for different size family members and had to return items, about £300 that did not fit. Sent recorded delivery. Been online with them several times since March 2019 and all I get is excuses. First one was he didn't recognise the signature that received the goods and had to look in to it. I've sent photos of receipts for recorded delivery, of the items returned and am still getting excuses and no refund. Disgusting company.”

“I ordered 2 sheepskin stools from iwoot. Only 1 turned up last Wednesday. I contacted them via live chat on Thursday and received e mails to say that they were investigating. Then, radio silence. I contacted them again yesterday by live chat and downloading and completing a form. They e mailed back to say that they were contacting the courier. They end every e mail with I hope this helps to resolve your query! Duh, no, not in any way whatsoever!!!! Why did they not contact the courier last week, and what form was their investigation taking if they haven't even spoken to the courier yet. I have spoken to the courier, and he has never been asked about my missing delivery. All of this takes time. You cant speak to anybody and there is no e mail address to contact. I just want to know where the parcel is, that they have been paid for and failed to deliver. It is not looking good, judging by the reviews. If it ever arrives, I will be flabbergasted.”
“So far I'm not impressed. I made an order 5 days ago which is yet to be dispatched. I made an enquiry and was told it was out of stock and that they can't give me a delivery date which is silly as when ordering there was no mention of the items being out of stock. I was never told after making the order that the item was out of stock and had to enquire myself before I was told. Since they cannot give me a date I will be cancelling my order.”

It is a pain to contact them in the first place having to download a form to upload as well as emailing through their website- why can't you just email them like every other company? Ordered a rug back on 23 nov which did not arrive, I was told I had to wait 30 days before I could report it missing day 30 I was told a replacement would be sent out and guess what Jan 11 and they haven't even spoken to the supplier yet to have it resent. This is a company that is unable to fulfill customer orders of manage international shipping. Richard wainwright-Lee should understand the poor service his company is providing, many competitive companies out there so why bother using one that doesn't care about its customers.”
