“I would advise everyone not to buy from these people, I ordered products twice by mistake. I then tried to cancel one of the orders but told me I couldn’t, when I received the items I returned one order only to pay £13 pounds at the post office. I have been chasing them for a month for my refund also sending them copies of my postage receipt and either don’t hear from them or they tell me they didn’t receive it. I will be contacting the police as they have basically stolen from me and the customer service is just a joke !!!!”

I had to order from another place to avoid disappointment for Xmas.
The print on the T shirt ordered started coming off after the first wash.
They offered a paltry sum for compensation - and they were OK with me posting a negative review!!!

“This used to be a great company with good delivery times and excellent customer service. However, I ordered goods on 5th December and despite it saying on the website they are usually dispatched in 24 hours and take 4-5days to arrive at busy times, they did not get here until 24th December by which time I had to buy elsewhere. Their excuse? They were coming from USA and could take up to 30 days. They couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me where on the website it says this, their dispatch email (written after I’d placed the order said they’d arrive by 16th December and they didn’t address any of my questions. Once a loyal customer, I shall not be buying from here again.”
“Advertised as being delivered before xmas if ordered before 20th December. I ordered on the 18th. Emailed me today with estimated delivery between 28th and 31st December! Spoke to "Lizi" on live chat who said this was worse case scenario. I pointed out if that was the estimate I'd have to assume it wouldn't turn up and would have to buy another gift just in case. I asked them to refund shipping for the item I'd end up returning as I couldn't wait until xmas eve. She refused.
Frankly the "we're pretty sure it'll get there" isn't what they advertise. I'll be pursuing this and warning as many as possible about this deception.”

“Horrible customer service. Received the wrong item, emailed them and someone responded with saying they don't believe me and to send a picture. Did that and a week and a half later they say they couldn't view the picture. Gave up on email and used social media. They apologized and said they were sending out the correct item and I thought was resolved. When the item did not arrive contacted again on social media only for them to say it was never sent and is now sold out. Terrible service and takes about a month to actually get in touch with someone and get something resolved. Buy elsewhere, that's what I will do from now on.”

Next, i spot an email 2 days later cancelling with no reason as to why. Told I would get a refund which I still haven't received. So they take money and dont refund straight way.

I first contacted iwantoneofthose for an update on 23/08 as the expected despatch date was 20/08. During this (and many other communications) I was repeatedly told the items would be despatched 'soon' and that they couldn't cancel the order as it was 'processing'. This continued until 28/08 when they cancelled the order saying they could no longer fulfill it, refunding half the value straight away.
Sadly the second half required me to chase again with more promises of a refund. As they delayed so long and had not refunded me by the 7th September, I had no choice but to raise it to paypal (as their incident cut-of was looming). They have now reclaimed the money and refunded me.
LONG STORY SHORT, getting your money back from iwantoneofthose is a time consuming and stressful affair. No contact number and a different customer services member replying to me on each communication (often repeating the same message) only went to exacerbate this horrific experience.
As their online stock count doesn't reflect reality I would strongly recommend AGAINST giving them your custom”

“Awful customer service. When you contact them, no one takes ownership of your issue. Each response is copy/pasted and seems like your complaint was merely skimmed through to get a matching letter they could copy from. I was warned about using the Hut group, I should have listened.”
