To risk it and did next day delivery with next. They told me they couldn’t do this and that I would have to return the item once it had arrived. Complete waste of time! I received a dispatch email today (14th December) thank goodness I ordered elsewhere! Completely unreliable, and bad customer service! Won’t use or recommend again!”

“Bought an item that should have been despatched after 2 days. It wasn't. Contacted them after 1 week had passed and got no response. Contacted again. No response. After 2 weeks of waiting and being ignored I had to open a Paypal despute to get my money back. Seems to be a scam operation - they take your money but don't send the goods. Avoid and shop elsewhere.”

“I ordered a box of Lego for my grandson's birthday. Anyone who has done this knows how small and light they are. I paid extra for next day delivery, and it has arrived as promised, so no complaints with that. My issue is that it was sent in a massive box, with loads of plastic packaging around it, so much so that at first I couldn't even see what was in the bottom of the box! I am shocked, considering the urgent need for us to cut down on plastic. So for this reason alone, I will not be using them again.”
“errible customer service. I ordered a shirt over 2 weeks ago to make sure it came in for Christmas. I just got an email today saying it has confirmed that it is shipping. Then 15 minutes later I received another email saying that it was out of stock and would be another couple weeks.
On top of it, they still have my money and the shirt wont be here by Christmas... Very unfortunate.”
“This company’s advertises and “sells” products and stock that it doesn’t actually have. When you chase them on it they advise that they’ll cancel and refund you. False advertising, pointless waste of time”
“I would give a zero if I could.
1) They lie about stuff being in stock.
2) Needed item still hasn’t shipped.
3) But when I try to cancel, it tells me it can’t be cancelled, despite being within 14 days of ordering and the item still “processing” not shipping!
4) Messages rarely get returned, and if they do, they say nothing substantial and are on a No Reply email address!
5) The phone number for customer service on their website? It’s been disconnected and they admitted they don’t have an “incoming phone line.” I asked for a call and gave my number, but there is no outgoing phone line either!
6) SCAM is the only conclusion.”

When my order (eventually) arrived I was shocked about the quality and the jumpers had a TERRIBLE FABRIC DYE SMELL.
And now I need to fight for my refund as no one cares and they take ages to reply.

“Do not purchase from this company! They claim they won’t charge your account until goods are despatched but bill you straight away. I paid for the priority service but my items sat in the warehouse for 10 days!! So I rang to cancel the order and they were miraculously despatched that day so I was ineligible for a refund. Despite being despatched my order still sat pending for another 5 days! Their customer service team is rude - a very bad experience. I’m still waiting g for my goods but they won’t be here in time for Christmas despite ordering them a month in advance. Very disappointed!”
“How I wish I'd read these reviews before using this company. I orederd an item which was allegedly 'in stock',' dispatch within 24 hours', 'Paypal payments only debited when item dispatched', 'etc etc etc. None of this is true and I have no idea when I will get the item, tried cancelling the order but they won't let me. In the meantime I have bought it elsewhere and am only grateful that as I used Paypal I will get my money back eventually although not until I've spent money returning the dam thing”

I am also being fobbed off with a return even though I cancelled within the 14days that is stated in their cancellation policy. Absolutely disgraceful.”

Since last week I've been in contact with 6 different staff (so they say, I think different names are used to sign off the generic responses) I've no idea if my order is being dispatched.
