Ordered 27 November and still not received items . Tracking information shows items never sent to Royal mail. No response to emails, no response to phone calls . Do not buy from this company you will just be throwing your money away

Jack S Leicester Fosse park store, very quick to read me my rights from trading standards after I pointed out the item I wanted was £5 cheaper than I was charged on the shelf sticker. Won’t be using the store again- very poor- work on how polite your staff are please and just honour the price you list things at! Rubbish!!! And I have worked in retail!!!

False dispatch information, only 1 item out of 5 delivered. Phone line goes to answer machine, email address literally doesn't work, contact forms filled out twice no response and also tried Facebook. Nothing.

DONT BUY GIFT VOUCHER FROM MENKIND. I bought a £50 gift voucher for my friend so she can buy a present for her son birthday. She wanted a personalized thing so had to order online but couldn’t redeem it. Then i had to buy her another gift and have to use this voucher to buy Christmas presents. I did order online to order for personalized things but again couldn’t use it every time after I came to the store and they said it s ok to use now. Until the fifth time they gave me customer service number to call. When i call they told me to email customer services. I emailed and haven’t got any answer for 5 days. I came to the store again to ask for refund but they didn’t accept to refund. They called customer service and promised to call me back in 2 hours and no one called me during the day. Then i had to buy another gifts because i need them on time to send for Christmas presents. So they sold me the one I couldn’t use and couldn’t return. Very bad customer services. I will never purchase anything from Menkind again.

Placed an order (166427) for an rc car for my daughters Christmas present, didn’t receive it, I contacted menkind to chase it who promptly replied with a proof of delivery and suggested I check with my neighbours. I told them I hadn’t approved any safe place, hadn’t received a card letting me know which neighbour it was left with, and the proof of delivery photo didn’t even show a door number. Have had no response since and their number - 0333 240 5733 - never connects to anyone (just rings out and goes to voicemail) so will likely have to go to trading standards, will definitely avoid using this company going forward. I will also be contacting the police as a neighbour stealing my parcel is obviously a crime, hopefully MenKind will be more enthusiastic with them to find my order. As it stands though, the law says MenKind is responsible for refunding or (ideally) replacing the lost item I purchased since I never authorised any safe place nor was the parcel handed to anyone on my property. MenKind also replied to my Negative review on TrustPilot claiming to be sorry and to have made contact, however as of 10 hours later they have not contacted me or replied to any emails, I guess it’s purely an act to make it appear they are attentive to those reading review, but it’s just a lie

Visited the shop at Fosse Park tonight with my daughter. The staff were first class, very friendly and extremely helpful. I bought a Shiatsu neck and back massager. It is absolutely brilliant. I have suffered from neck and shoulder pain for 9 months. After just 20 minutes of use, the pain in my neck and shoulder has reduced. It's great that I can adjust the contact point of the massager by holding my arms in different positions. If only I had seen this massager 9 months ago. Well done Menkind.

I visited menkind today at Clarke's village and to my surprise it's more of a child's toy shop now and it's range of items just looked total rubbish and weren't for men at all. What a total waste of time and effort to get THERE..Never ever again!!!....

If u could give minus I would Customer services are shockingly bad. So rude. They demanded the goods, blamed me and refusing to help put with a new one or refunding so out of pocket by £70. Stay away

The customer service from Mrnkind whiterose Leeds has been fantastic from my original purchase in November right upto my replacement in February. Thank you, a happy customer is a repeat customer 😊

I ordered 2 items two weeks before Christmas, one arrived and the other didn't and still hasn't. I wrote 4 emails to customer service without a single response from them. In the end I submitted another query and was eventually contacted by another member of the customer service team who sent me a generic and useless reply and offered no help. Still awaiting someone to help? Undoubtedly the worst customer service experience I've ever had - highly recommend never purchasing from here online again.

Ordered GBP 500 worth of gifts the beginning of December for Christmas. They still haven’t arrived despite an order dispatch estimation of a week. No response from customer service. What a joke. Won’t use them again. Shame really as the had some good items on sale.

Ordered Christmas gifts that were in stock on the 19th - big banner and advertisements throughout the site saying they would be delivered in time for Christmas. Further email from them confirmed that despite delays they'd ensure I had the order "for the big day" Didn't dispatch it until the 23rd - using a 48 hour courier which is now showing ETA of 29th December. Totally conned customers who buy gifts for Christmas on the false promise that they can deliver in time. To make things worse I phoned up to ask about the delivery and was simply told "sorry but there's nothing I can do" and that they'd feed it back. "We don't give compensation" was the comment - I don't want compensation, I want you to deliver on the promises you boldly make. Seeing certain members of the family on Christmas Day and now won't have a gift for them. Terrible, terrible service.

Order personalised gift that was dispatched 4th December. Called on 16th to say not hear, told it takes 10 days from dispatch...still not here by 23rd. Called, told 'Yes, let's assume that is list in transit. I'll refund you.' Absolute rubbish service and now minus a present 2 days before Christmas.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, nothing had arrived. Contacted customer services - "yeah it's out of stock wait" and offer me 10% off a future order (which I obviously won'tplace as Menkind cannot function as a retailer), but still no info on what I've already paid for? Absolute joke of a company - I've reported to trading standards and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Do not use this company. I ordered a beer advent calendar. For some reason it was returned to sender. I called the very next day and was promised one was being sent out special delivery. That did not happen. For the next 14 days I called every other day. This was a £70 gift. It was no longer any use as an advent calendar!! Every time I called I was told someone would call me back. I’ve never had one single call. I then asked for a refund and asked that someone call me prior to doing this as I no longer have the card I paid with. Once again NO call and the money has gone on to a card that was a prepaid debit card i no longer have. I call to be told bad luck I’ve got to try and get the money myself now. I cannot tell you how upset I am . No gift and £70 gone. Absolutely appalling.

What went wrong? Two items haven’t arrived after three weeks and customer service is just sending useless emails with misinformation for tracking on. If I hadn’t been keeping an eye on this I think I would have paid for items I may never receive. Be very careful with this company.

Dreadful company!!!! I ordered an anniversary gift and it stated you could add your own personalised message for gifts. I added my personalised message and it didn't come with the gift. I attached my order to customer support, and they accepted they didn't send it but refused to do anything about it. I asked them to send the message to my address but they said NO stating it was a free service anyway. What a disgusting attitude and dreadful customer service.

The item came and didn't work !!! And trying to send it back was a complete joke 5 phone calls to get the item picked up ... and then to find out that the customer service team hadn't done there job properly so no pick up ...yet another phone call !!! Lets see what happens .. but i don't hold out any hope ..... will not be using this company again and my advice is think very carefully before you do
