“stay away from that company. yes you will buy a little cheaper tires. BUT when you go to the service you have to pay for the installation and the price becomes higher. the wait from this company is very long. they do not refund money even after you have confirmed that they will return the money”

“Ordered Avon r16 snow tires with 3 day delivery, turns out my tires actually isn't a UK company and tires got stuck in customs, two weeks later and they delivered Hankook r17, asked for proof which I provided and then wouldn't respond - had to go through PayPal for a refund. Stay away!”

“I bought 2 tyres and got only 1 Called customer service and been told they will look into it in few days. Gave them my order number and been fobbed off, told that it was paid and delivered and that it is not stated on their record how many tyres i bought. Thieves!!! Steer clear!!!”

“I have ordered 4 tyres two of them have arrived 2 weeks after placing order. So another two I have to ask them on chat where they are to just find out there is problem on their warehouse and the tyres currently not in stock so I asked for replacement so chap on chat said we will dispatch replacement ASAP, I was thinking we'll Good enough but it was wrong as replacement rook a month and half to arrived. Poor communication poor service. As I was under impression that if there is any problem from they side they suppose contact me and let me know not just wait till I contact them.”

“I ordered a set of tires, after three weeks they have not even been sent. I called and Heard that they will be here next week yet still haven’t arrived. I called again that I cant anymore so I canceled my order. They now don’t want to return my money so I dont recommend”

“Avoid this company, I had a bad experience with them before and I thought I give them a second chance but it was a big mistake. They take your money and do not deliver. they send details of the order to DPD but never send the goods they said it was in customs. Liars and cheats. they I agreed to refund me I had to open a case with PAYPAL Avoid this company which is not in the Uk!!!!!!!!”

“I needed my motorcycle tyre urgently as it was an MOT advisory .It arrived nearly 4 weeks later from Germany. Had I read the other reviews of Mytyres I would have gone elsewhere .Cannot recommend.”

“I couldn't recommended that company to anyone. Before I placed my order site shows 5days delivery time. After I ordered I received email with information that my parcel should be with me in another 3/4 weeks. They don't give any information that this parcel is coming from Germany until you ordered and received email with confirmation about your order. I cancelled strait away but anyway they took money from my account. Now Im writing emails everyday to them with questions to get refund. This is not acceptable. That's how they make easy money on people who don't know it's from outside of UK. Im still waiting for my money. Stay away from this site. Don't lose your money.”

“You failed to deliver, 20 days after order and you took payment, you should make it clear you are an EU company and deliveries will be delayed. Took my money quick enough, lets see it come back.”

“fraudsters, pullers and thieves, I paid online for 4 tires which should be delivered within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, there was still no shipment so I resigned from their services, I received an e-mail that on the second day there will be a refund of 430 pounds that I paid .. After 4 weeks and my car is still running on old tires and my account has not received the money I paid almost a month ago to a company whose name suggests that there is an English company and that is a bush company”

“Yes, yet another disappointed customer. If I could give minus stars, Importantly, I ordered a tyre thinking I was ordering here’s the UK because it was a .co.uk site. Turns out, it’s a German company using an address in Oxford. The tyre arrived from Germany with a split in the back side-wall and was returned. A replacement tyre was issued again from Germany but here’s the catch: They want me to pay for the replacement as well as the original tyre and unwittingly you have waived your Consumer Rights under British Law. They have now engaged an Austria Debt Collection Agency attempting to recover the debt from me. Bring it on…. BEWARE, there are multiple German companies operating out of Oxford under many guises. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ☠️”

“Bought two tyres expecting “Fast Delivery” as they were “In Stock” as per the .co.uk (Witney, Oxfordshire) website claims. The tyres were dispatched from Germany, got stuck at customs due to Brexit for 3 weeks. I cancelled the order and requested a refund to buy tyres locally after 2wks and am still waiting for it in week 4. Customer services is poor, they promise things that the accounts department choose to renege on, like a refund for example and one member of the team was extremely rude, gave me a mouthful, insulted me and hung up. Do yourself a favour and buy from someone else, it’s just not worth it to save £20 over a £300 purchase unless you can actually afford to wait at least a month for your tyres. I bought from a local bike shop in the end, paid £20 more and got them fitted the next day.”

“Ordered tyre on 21/06/2021, told delivery would be by 29/06/2021. Its now 04/07/2021 and I'm still waiting. I have contacted mytyres directly and they have not responded to my emails. Absolute jokers, will not be using them again”

“I`ve now been waiting 19 days for my tyre , my mot is due in 3 days and they say its stuck in customs , which is rubbish . Just dont use this company , pay the extra and buy from a reputable company these people are scammers !”

“Ordered a tyre 3weeks ago ,wasn't told it would be imported until payment cleared.still haven't received it,tried to contact via contact page which didn't recognise my order number.managed to get thru on the phone to be told it hasn't cleared customs and would be at least another week.Bike will have been off the road for over a month at least. Nothing on the website made in apparent it would be imported.will not use them again.if you want a tyre would suggest getting one off the shelf.”

“my tyres never arrived. they said via live chat that I would get a refund within 48 hours. after 48 hours it was oh we have to get the tyres back first. was supposed to get them after 3 to 4 days 2 weeks later still haven't got them or my refund. tell your friends avoid like covid”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Waiting over 3 weeks, been messed around, tyres dispatched then they cancelled why? they are just liars. So today 21.04.21 they have come back to me not stating why they cancelled my order once it had been dispatched (how can one cancel it once despatched?, more fabrication of the truth I suspect). Explaining that they will rush the new order through (another 3-4 weeks if I'm lucky) even though the website states in stock. I probably will have changed my vehicle before these ever materialize. 22.04.2021 (thought I better put the year in the way things are going) Received delivery status stating delivery 03.05.2021 (to the fitting garage) on a bank holiday Na, more lies, cannot even track my tyres on their website as it keeps stating try later. Have now asked for a full refund. With respect to your response today (03/05/2021) about no mention of a refund, I sent an email request on 30/04/2021 requesting a refund!!!!! I have also telephoned the number given today to verify my cancelation but your office is closed and all I managed to get was an updated status which was incorrect as the goods were initially ordered on the 26/03/2021 (RD 43946855 which YOU cancelled) maybe that request is stuck in customs with the TYRES that were arriving on the 03/05/2021!!!!!!!!!!!!”
