I received an email on 07/08/16 offering discounts for pre-book parking. I tried to pre-book entry on 26/09/16 and exit on 03/10/16. Discount did not work. Contacted pr-booking service by email and phone - no joy. Apparently Condition 1 "...for entries between 08/08/2016 – 30/09/2016." means exit as well. Who is drafting these offers???? Poor Customer service

Prebooked a car parking space. Car park was closed with the shutters down when I arrived and NCP phone number 'unobtainable', when it should have been open for calls. I did complain and am waiting my refund which took several emails and a phone call which involved being on hold for ten minutes on their 0345 number.

Season ticket paid for quartely just under £300 2nd period i wished to cancel my ticket with more than 2 months left on it... No refund no sorry no nothing called up and emailed and the complaint was logged but nothing after that, no reply whatsoever, all staff were bery rude and could not answer my questions so would hang up the phone and then not pick up again, if your going to get a season ticket make sure you cancel it at the end of your period otherwise they will rob you out hundreds of pounds like they did me... They have no customer service and reallybdont know how to deal witj customers even when i got put through to management she was rude if you ever come across her Mandy... She is something else, no sympothy whatsoever, couldnt even give me a valid reason or answer anything, very very poir customer service! Avoid season tickets!

Ticket machine swallowed my ticket then it took ages for the call centre operator to get to the bottom of it. I could tell they pt me on hold cos they couldn't be asked. Neway they issued me another ticket this time took the money bt no ticket. Had a 6week baby with me . Took 20mins b4 the barrier lifted. Frustrated baby and frustrated me. Avoid at all costs! No empathy wen I emailed complaints dept. After asking for a refund on the 3rd email they accepted to refund but refused to gv free parking for a few hours. I will not be going there agen! Ncp Pls update ur technology! It is 2016!

Parked at St.johns hill Edinburgh mid afternoon, returned to my car a few hours later to find blood smeared along the walls for meters and drips of blood all over the floor. I was terrified at which looked like a scene from a horror movie. Did not feel a very safe or secure environment.

Travelled to Manchester to see a concert at The Great Bridgewater Halls.. Large banner on Watson Street advertising Parking for £6 for 6 hours after 6pm. Do not be fooled!! The banner is positioned on the right side of the road on a mini roundabout at what turns out to be at the exit of a NCP car park. The only entrance to a NCP Car park on Watson Street is on left hand side of the banner, on the mini roundabout ,where car park charges are not advertised. On returning to my car after 3 hours 40 minutes the machine demanded £17. I used the call button. No response for 10 minutes. Other angry people around the pay machine. NCP staff on the other end of the call button were clueless. Promised to call back. Nothing happened. After 40 minutes two guys arrived...unhelpful and claimed they did not see the banner on Watson Street. No point in contacting NCP customer support...they have no idea what this means!!!! Does the C in NCP means cowboys?

I booked in advance and paid by credit card. When I arrived at the car park I was confused about what to do: it was very unclear I had to stick the credit card itself in the reader. I have seen cheaper parkings using a number plate reader. Anyway, I got trapped while trying to exit. Apparently you can't just stick the credit card in the reader again, and as you have no real ticket you must press a button to contact their customer service and tell them your reservation number with other cars waiting behind you. Mental. I ended up shouting at the customer care rep because she wouldn't let me out without checking (for 10 minutes!) my reservation number. Ludicrous: avoid!

Pre booked Bolton Octagon Theatre car park 24/12/15. arrived at the car park to find it was free. NCP won't refund monies paid as its their policy only to refund 6 hrs in advance. as they state its to endure you space.Think it stinks that the company charges for car parking when its free and therefore can't guarantee you parking space.

We parked at NCP Flightpath at Heathrow at the end of October. It's cheap - but that is all that's good about it. The staff were unfriendly and rude upon our return. We were running a few hours late due to flight delays. However the staff in the reception, and on the barrier intercom were rude and unhelpful, and insisted on charging us the full rate even though it was only a couple of hours beyond or original booking. They kept us waiting for nearly an hour before we had to give in a pay. (I have since reclaimed the charge from NCP Head Office directly following an official complaint.) Additionally, the car park has a lot of tree cover, and the only space available on our arrival was right under one. On our return the car was absolutely caked in bird muck, sap, leaves and general gunk. I would not park my car here again as it's not worth the aggravation, or risk of damage to car. I would rather pay a bit more to use a better airport parking provider such as Purple Parking Business.

I parked at Birmingham Airport car park 7 between 28/07/2015 and 08/08/2015 . My car received damage to the front bumper on the passenger side while parked there. This car park has no patrol or no CCTV, and NCP do not even have the decency to reply to my messages when I asked them if they can investigate. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK.

Ncp Birmingham Airport. Appalling customer service, rude and abusive staff. Number plate recognition didn't work. Staff could not find my booking or registration details. Attempted to charge me another £99. Damaged my car attempting to exit the vehicle to find my paperwork in the ridiculously tight exit bays, though it is a good job I had the paperwork as the system lost it completely! Terrible experience, avoid them like the plague.

Never use NCP pre booking. Their systems don't work and they only use this as a method of charging you twice. When you use the call button on the exits no one answers so you have no alternative to but to pay the full fee again. An embarrassing and stressful service with no apparent benefits for the customer. NCP should learn from some of the airport car parks which recognise your car registration on entry.

Just got a £100 charge for parking in an open car park at 12 midnight untill about 2 in the morning. If i park somewhere that i'm not supposed to park then i'm happy to pay the £60 fine but £100 is terrible. It was an open car park with no barriers and nobody at the entrance with other people parked at the same spot in a huge car park. Feel completely ripped off paying £100 for parking soo late at night. Would avoid any private car park from now on

Absolute joke of a car park, never takes money off as half price as this us what you get when you work for certain companies and as always they always charge double and plus very bad service. Clearly have no respect for the company and obviously shows the company employ anyone. So rudiculos that only some car park have cameras but only on the outside. What is he point in that? Overall the worst car park company

I visit nottingham yesterday to go ice skating with my kids during half term, checked parking on google maps and NCP stoney street was the closest,so we park there, come back after skating to find my car has been vandalised, someone has taken a key and gouged all the paintwork on the tailgate scraped down the rear light and down the nearside rear quarter and offside front wheel arch,so kind of them dont you think, report to on duty staff who say nothing can be done ,no cctv in area where I parked yet strangely it right next to the door where people come and go next to the lifts,so surely this is the prime area to be covered by cctv? File a report of criminal damage to the police who tell me this carpark is a hotspot for this type of damage,so why do ncp not have a warning that if you park here your car may well be damaged and you end up with a huge repair bill while they are not liable? Only fair to give customers the choice of whether to trust leaving their car there dont you think.I will not give up on this,I dont care what ncp say I expect my car to be safe if they are willing to take my money in exchange, would not recommend to anyone
